I made the tracks from a used digger chain and welded 2 pices of 1 1/5 channel iron to each link.

Thank you for the comment it was fun to build i had to use what i could because of a money problem but it was a labor of love.At least every where i go even to get gas someone has to ask how,where,why,how long,cost a lot,does it work good,it is the top of subject every where,and i enjoy every moment.I am retired and have the gift to gabb, and its fun.If i had a million dollors i could not buy this kind of fun it has to be earned.---Thank you LORD for the gift to build.

You got the set up old man....I'm hoping to do the same in my garage, have a lathe, a mill, a band saw... I got a drill press I use for notching pipes for the gates I build & a chop saw. I'm in the process of building a Chopper from the ground up & I got a van I'm setting up for mobile welding work. I like what you just did it's inspiring.

@1967800 but apply more power to one track u can make it turn example if you have the left track stopped and the right track full speed the dozer will turn left same goes for if u have the left at half speed and the right at full speed and vice versa
