From what I understand this kid was arrested because he was riding on part of the building facade, which could be damaging. But why arrest the other two, what were they, accomplices? Police need better standards.
If these kids had a real education when they asked why they were being arrested, and the cop answered "resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and interference of law enforcement officer", they would have said, yes I did all that AFTER you tried to arrest me, but why did you try to arrest me in the first place. Cops do not try and arrest the REAL criminals. The REAL Criminals fight back and have guns and lawyers and have money. Kids can't defend themselves and end up paying large fines while the cops lie about everything that happened. It is much easier to arrest kids on the street and just make up the charges as you go along. Number of arrests made per year is what gets cops raises and promotions.

This is a toughy. The law apperantly there is no skateboarding. It is the officers job to enforce that. Now there wasnt too much video of what happened before the beginning guy who was on the ground. Did the cop(s) over react possibly dont have previous video to say other wise BUT when the officer said "you are under arrest" the kids did NOT stop. These guys would take a bullet for those kids in another situation. Give the cops respect and you will get it back.

Cops do not try and arrest the REAL criminals. The REAL Criminals fight back and have guns and lawyers and have money. Kids can't defend themselves and end up paying large fines while the cops lie about everything that happened. It is much easier to arrest kids on the street and just make up the charges as you go along. Number of arrests made per year is what gets cops raises and promotions.
