if you think about it the only reason brian would have won is because he can go in public and buy the race parts plus he made 1 car out of three. Dom on the otherhand couldnt go any where and had to work with one car with what he had in his garage, and if mia bought the parts he still would have been screwed because what would mia need with race parts for a muscle car so they would have followed her and arrested dom so he had to "cheat"
