PART TWO : for the hell of it i wanted to see what was wrong with it . i took the air cleaner of and this pressure washer looked really neglected ,oil :black, air cleaner dirty, gas was deep yellow. i drained the gas in a bottle and dumped a little into the carb pulled ONCE and fired up for 5 seconds and died . i knew it was the carb took the jet out then the bowl and everything seemed fine i just stuck a sewing needle i had around the house threw the jet holes and slamed it back together .it ran
briggs are the absolute best ,i found a pressure washer not to old being thrown away (at that present time i had no money to spend and my go kart needed oil ,i was stupid when checking the oil and accedentaly started it without the oil cap and oil sprayed everywhere and there was almost no oil left i looked like a dalmation dog afterwards) i just wanted the oil , i gave it a pull and it seemed normal i checked the oil and asked the guy if i could have it and he didn`t care so i brought it home
I like the way you did that and used plenty of gum remover to clean all the parts inside and outside the Carburator. While viewing the video I was wondering what this equipment this was and was glad to see that it is a tiller. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Exactly what I needed, for getting an older rototiller running like a dream again - it has exactly the same carb as this one. Thanks for taking the time to do a video - it's much appreciated.
Yeah, i'd been through my carb but still wouldn't run. put the diaphram in and some more carb cleaner, got it done. it fired and ran. thanks for the vid.
Cover, diaphragm, spring cup, spring, carb. Tip the carb on its side and put the spring in the opening followed by its spring cup. Place the diaphragm on top of that and then put the cover on. Loosely put all screws back into cover. Do not tighten any 1 screw until all screws are partially threaded in. Now tighten all the screws and your good to go. Good Luck.
I did as you said too in the video and my tiller is up and running like a dream. Thank you very much for taking the time to post this
