  • you clearly don't know what the hell fluff is.

  • Jumba Juice fortunately creates their smoothies nice (note: not all of them are healthy), or some home made recipes as well. So basically I guess, for us, the health nuts, people trying to stay healthy, etc., this is vid is fine a bit deceiving but fine, because we know what to expect. For others it well be a bit difficult to swallow.

  • Just to restate my opinion. I think this guy should have been a little honest with the look of his recipe. Granted I don't blame him because how else can we appeal a great healthy recipe to a general audience. Although we have to remember to the person who want's to begin training to eat healthy, stay in shape, etc.. that viewing this makes it even harder to change our eating habits. To a person who is not trained in any type of physical activity they rather eat a McFlurry than this.

  • love your other stuff man but this taste like chocolate rubber lol and i under cooked it a bit

  • @killingbeastxx You don't 'cook' anything.

  • Two scoops? I dunno how big these scoops are but that seems like a lot. Your kidneys man

  • WOAH MAN YOU STIR FAST! O_O

  • Why don't you use your actual product as the thumbnail instead of something you didn't even make...? Pretty deceiving.

  • @MsCookie714 It's the same thing, what does it matter? Sure he could probably put in in a piping bag and make it look beautiful...but who cares?

  • can it also b anyother protain or just casien

  • all of you bodybuilders are freaking strict about measure quantities... i dont give a damn... as long as i eat my daily protien, fiber, carbs, etc. until i get full im set to go... i dont follow your silly crap!

  • @jvboy88 sounds like you follow your own silly crap...I have a routine aswell it consists of rum mostly

  • This stuff is great !

    Good job !

  • I don't want to be messed up dude but seriously you should post the actual look of the recipe, because you give a healthy diet a bad name. If not try taking some cooking classes see how you can make your desert into masterpieces, or at least look like some.

  • @Thereisalwaysmore Why if he's going to eat it right after? All you need to do to make it look nice is either use an ice cream scooper to form it and add a garnish or using a piping bag. He's showing you the recipe, you people are so petty with how it looks. All food can look like shit if you plate it like shit, he is not giving a healthy diet a bad name by showing you how to make it. It'd be given a bad name if he used melted chocolate, butter, and regular fatty peanut butter

  • @UglyPinkMachine look i get it, that he going to eat it right before he hits the nightcap, but that doesn't change the fact that he used a bait and switch maneuver. I'm Here looking for some nice appealing recipes and some healthy ones. But how can i serve this to my family or friends if it doesn't look like great. If He stated that it was a recipie and not by visuals he should have used a fake photo.

  • @UglyPinkMachine he shouldn't* have used a fake photo. Don't take me for a fool, everyone including me and You and many others have at least one of these things based on visual appeal, future intimate partners, the Vehicle you drive or want to get, the show you watch, sports, movies, friends, etc., Heck the very sport of body building relies on visual appeal. yeah at first its i want to look like him/her, later it's hmm I see this is not only good in looks but in health too.

  • @UglyPinkMachine basically don't judge me because you do it too. If not here, somewhere else.

  • @Thereisalwaysmore Do you think broccoli looks good out of the steamer? or meat comes out perfectly cut and dressed when you take it out of the oven? No food is going to look beautiful as soon as you finish preparing it, thus the last steps of plating. Common sense and a good bit of culinary knowledge makes it petty that someone would rag on him. You can make it look like the thumbnail easily, he's giving you the recipe. Before you criticize his recipes, think about it.

  • @UglyPinkMachine actually I do think broccoli looks great after coming out from the steamer. As for the meat coming out of the oven, yes if you pre-cut the meat, yeah it does come out great.

  • can i use whey if i dont have casein??? o wait u dnt fucken know the answer.

  • can i use whey if i dont have casein ??

  • can i use whey if i dont have casein?

  • leanbodylifestyle = official YouTube channel of The Flash

  • Oyi! Please do not take casein! Dr. Colin Campbell discovered, over many years research, the link between animal protein and cancer development. In fact, the connection between casein and cancer was so profound that the scientists could literally turn cancer growth on and off in the laboratory animals, like a light switch, simply by altering the level of casein protein in their diets. Interestingly. However plant based protein (gluten and soy) did not at all promote cancer growth. So yay plants!

  • @eyesofanangel7783 There is pretty strong evidence that soy protein promotes estrogen production in males, so most weightlifters stay the fuck away from soy.

  • Love your recipes they all seem so delicious and healthy of course. I wanted to make some of them, but I was afraid it was food that can only be beneficial to bodybuilders? As a girl and trying to lose weight (fat) and later build muscle since I still have fat. Do you think I can still make these recipes and use all of the powders that you use? Thank you!!!

  • This has become my new before-bed meal :) Love it with crunchy natty peanut butter!

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Can i use whey protein?

  • @miguel111093 Whey protein in a fast absorbing protein that is best for post-workout, Casein is a slowly absorbed protein and if better to fuel your body during the night when your body is recovering. So you can probably use Whey it just wouldn't be as wise to eat it right before bed.

  • @SuperMoo332 Thanks for the feedback.

  • @nodidog Dont be mistaken. Its such a huge misconception that eating right before bed is "bad". That applies only to fast digesting food which have high GI. The reason is because the presence of glucose ( which is due to the breakdown of food ) will heavily stimulate our pancreas to secrete large amounts of insulin when we'r in bed. Sleep is the period when our bodies secret the greatest amount of HGH to aid in muscle repair etc etc. This is due to the fact that insulin suppresses the effects o

  • how often would you say it's ok to eat these recipes??? sometimes i feel perhaps i'm too strict with what i eat and i'm getting bored of eating the same old same old.....would you say pre...or post work out for this treat?

  • @idloveadrink This is definitely a post workout before bed snack... That is what casein protein is used for. Slow release of protein feeding your muscles all night.

  • no most thumbs up comment..hmm thats where i come in

  • @MoreViralVideos no... no it isn't

  • @scottfashe lol

  • Never thought of doing this, but I'm eating it right now. Tastes 100 times better than just having to drink that crap. Thanks alot for the video!

  • Mmmm shit in a bowl..

  • I think I have found my soulmate :)

  • Man u made a 3 min video to mix casien and some peanut butter! what a douchebag!

  • Mate, Casein protein is not a slow releasing protein. It is a glue that your body finds hard to breakdown. Your body needs time to rest and recover and putting Casein into your system at night is not good. Take a proper whey protein shake at night its just as good and digested better.

  • @colbro100 buddy your supposed to have casien slowly being released while you sleep so ur muscles keep getting fed....

  • @Shroomzz this is the dumbest thing i have ever heard

  • @colbro100 yea bro its specically designed for night time, has a 7-8 hour realise time to stop your body going in to a catabolic state

  • thumbnails are misleading on all your videos, you suck.

  • @artbytandy This is healthy alternatives.if you expect it to be like normal one , you're fucking dumb.Fuck you and all of you disgusting , fat ignorant mother fuckers that liked this comment.

  • @r44ng33d i like his videos it may not look nice but i tryed it and its lovelly i bet u havent even tryed it your so cheap u can afford any of it so ur fucking cheap you mother fucker

  • @artbytandy then don't watch them.. and go watch some other youtube food shows.. these videos aren't for making good looking food.. it's for making food that is good for your body... maybe this dosn't look as good as the food on the picture.. but it's alot more healthier...

so go watch your unhealthy food shows.. LBL won't care... he got plenty of supporters for the great videos he makes...

  • hey man, thanks for the recipe. is it for one portion ? do you eat it fully before to go to bed or you divide it ? thanks :)

  • man.. these video pictures look really good but when u acutally watch the video, they dont look like the video pictures at all

  • fag

  • @JuliusMatusewicz You my friend, don't eat healthy. Yes, a lot healthier than most however your choice not forcing this against you. But it's not as healthy as you think it is, there are different levels however you're not the highest is what I'm saying. Raw foods and Raw foodist's are the healthiest people if they do it the right way.

  • @dillpickleboocutie I've done beyond research on raw foods and I know how to eat properly. I'm doing it the right way, maybe not 100 % but I never said I was healthier than everyone and I was amazingly healthy. I am healthier than most, but not perfect.

  • Lmao this is seriously so unhealthy and you should not be eating before bed

  • @dillpickleboocutie It's only healthy if you're not eating in the right context. Body Builders need high carbs, high calories, high proteins because of what they burn, it helps build muscle. If you don't body build, or do anything at all during the day, it's bad for you.

  • @TH3CHiLLZ I don't know, all those chemicals to me I just wouldn't want to do that.. I'd want to build in a healthier way using herbal teas before bed or a lot of bananas. Haha, some healthier protein smoothies with raw ingredients. But that's me!

  • @dillpickleboocutie Yeah, I have an extremely high metabolism, so something like this is beneficial for me, helps me put on my weight to gain muscle, but hey, we're all built differently.

  • @TH3CHiLLZ Yeah that's true!

  • @dillpickleboocutie Why shouldn't you be eating before bed?

  • @nodidog cause you crow while sleeping and if you havent anything from wich to grow then you aint gonna gain muscle

  • @soulution24 You haven't understood my question at all! I'm interested what scientific evidence dillpickleboocutie can provide that people SHOULDN'T be eating before bed.

  • WTF 1:31 you are really fast lol

  • It looks like SHIT in thumbnails.. ehehe

  • @leanbodylifestyle can you use the casein instead of whey protein in other recipes of yours?

  • you could put it in the freezer and make it icecream-like :3

  • @leanbodylifestyle can i also use whey protein instead cuz i just ordered 3 large cans

  • @MahaNomi i must admit that almond butter is pretty dam tasty

  • @leanbodylifestyle Holy crap brother, your stats are off the charts! Do your thing man.

  • can i use real chocolate, cream and vanilla ice cream ??

  • @ponlysera12 yes! But that won't be healthy ;)

  • did you get this idea from leangains?

  • Can a blender be used for this, or is the desired consistency too thick for that to work? I'd love to try this but I don't have a lot of money and don't want to buy a mixer unless it's an absolute necessity.

  • What flavour on the casein is best? Chocolate supreme or CHocolate peanutbutter? pls answear

  • wow awsome video!!!!!thanks for the awsome new snacks:D

  • Hi hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Holy fuck are you wrong.

  • @overdenkotten please, educate me then.

  • Lets be clear:

Peanut butter is made of peanuts and salt. There are jars of brown paste you buy labeled peanut butter that are awful for you, but the reason there awful is not due to peanuts or salt. It's due to hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup sweetener.

The real stuff is healthy fats and proteins in a tasty calorie dense paste. What's not to love?

  • hey man i dont have any casien protien? any alternatives i can use? i only got vanilla whey protien plz reply asap

  • @NikeSBNikka23 Whey won't mix at all to make protein pudding/fluff!

  • can u use whey protein too?

  • @MrChicagoGuy23 there are natural food , that you can eat , for example cottage cheese has casein, i heard lot of people will eat that before bedtime.

  • you are one great fellow bro, sorted a big thing out for me.

  • If you need 2 scoops of protein a day I'd hate to see your diet...

  • @leanbodylifestyle Hey I have a quick question. So first I saw you switch to Elite 30 protein, but this video is a month later and you have a brand called CASEIN? Which do you use/recommend as of now? Thanks

  • I tried this with 100% whey protein, but it didnt work

It was like soup when i was done ...

Does it only work with Casein Protein?

  • @victorskansen I bet you added too much water.

  • BROSCIENCE

  • @leanbodylifestyle Hey dude, I'm out of protein right now, would you please give a substitute to the protein, maybe coco powder ;?

  • good stuff, keep'em vids coming buddy, im making that healthy pizza right now with my wife, hope it tastes good. and im gonna make this tomorrow n see how it turns out

  • At first it taste like crap, but I guess it's an acquired taste?

  • this is technically not fluff.

  • Thanks for the snack idea! I will def. try it

  • I am loving these meals! Thanks for taking the time to post some of these treats. So.. I'm an ice cream freak, do ya think if I used skim milk instead of water and stuck it in the freezer for a while it would work? Well, I will try it myself : ). Thanks again.

  • @realfunnybunny Yes there is a big difference, natural pb is just peanuts while regular pb is full of unatural items like hydrogenated oils, which are unhealthy saturated fats.

  • Your editing is awesome! Another great video. Thumbs up!

  • is there really a big difference between eating all natural pnut butter and my fav peterpan crunchy pnut butter?

  • is their anything you cant do with protein,

  • @leanbodylifestyle hey micheal if u were to get 3 supplements under 100$ total what would it be?

  • how many grams of protein per piece? how many do you eat? you said you eat them about an hour and a half before bed. shouldnt you be eating it right before, or am i off

  • How many calories do you figure is in this?

  • My peanut butter is added with vegetable oil and salt but no sugar , can I still use it ?

  • It's Chocolate Peanut Butter Time! Chocolate Peanut Butter Time! Chocolate Peanut Butter Time!

  • I'm going to try this out tonight. That looks incredibly delicious!

While you're at it, check out and subscribe to my channel as well!

  • i believe we don't have all natural peanut butter in holland, but i'm eating regular peanut butter eversince i started training (yes i am so sick of it) and it works fine too :)

and do you really need the protein powder stuff? i eat alot of natural food and vegetables wouldn't that be good enough? :O

  • @rokareltje4 I tried searching for it also.. Albert Hein has biologic Peanut Butter but it doesn't look liquid as far as I can tell looking at the glass :P If you ever find all natural peanut butter, lemme know.

And about the protein powder: Using protein powder helped me gain mass, because you can easily mix it with a lot of things or make shakes, or just mix it with water. It might be the cheapiest and easiest way to gain your much needed protein.

  • @rokareltje4 I'd stay away from the peanut butter you've been getting, they have so many calories with sugars etc. it will just make you fat.

You should be able to find all natural peanut butter at local supermarkets, just check on the back for contents and it should have "Ingredients: Peanuts", that's it. All others contain sugars and added fat that just adds more unecessary calories to your diet. Peanut butter is a high calorie source of protein anyway, I'd opt for other protein sources.

  • @ChefGrogs

okay thanks, i'll look for it... not that i've become fat of the current peanut butter i eat because i go to the gym alot and i also do cardio, not just weights... but i think that all natural would be way better though i hope they sell it here ;)

  • @rokareltje4 Good luck finding it :P

  • @ChefGrogs

    thanks ;)

besides, i don't know if you or anyone else in this forum really knows much about abs but, i've been training my abs for a very long time now and i do alot of variations in excercises... now i've got like 2 blocks on the top of my stomach but it feels to me like i'm training just half of my abs, because the rest just won't come... why is that? am i doing something wrong? :s

  • @rokareltje4 To get deffinition in your abs or anywhere on your body like shoulders or back; you need to lower your BF%. You can train abs all you want but if there's a layer of fat you won't see them. Do a jog for 45 mins in the morning on an empty stomache on some days, do more full body workouts and circuits to burn as many calories as you can. Limit the calories you eat and do some HIIT cardio too. Once you get to under 10% you will see your abs ;)

  • @ChefGrogs

ah thanks, didn't really know that ;p i just went to the gym actually and i did alot of cardio and ab workouts and i think i'm gonna do this more often ( i usually don't do any cardio but now that i tried it again i think i'm gonna do this more ) thanks for the help :)

  • coool

  • is that the chocolate flavor?

  • @leanbodylifestyle The rest of my diet is pretty darn near perfect. I occasionally have some high GI simple carbs after a workout, and sometimes have some "Non-natural PB", but that really isn't that big a deal. I eat every 2-3 hours and make sure i get a good bit of water and veggies throughout the day. I'm 16 and I'm trying to get enough calories so i grow but i'm currently not recording calories/macros. It seems like my body is fighting all my efforts...I also workout consistently.

  • @JesusFreak246810 Pick a goal and stick to it. If you're trying to drop fat, then you eat fewer calories - say 500 below your maintenance level. Honestly, most bodybuilders don't really consume a lot of peanut butter while cutting because a tablespoon of the stuff is almost 100 calories. Sure, it's tasty and filling, but it's also easy to just put down 1/5 or 1/6 of your day's calorie worth without even realizing it. I'm just saying, watch your calorie intake better.

  • About how long do you eat this before bed? My dad is ridiculing me about my pre-bed snack (cottage cheese, Naturally More Peanut Butter, and 1 packet spenda) and saying that is the reason why i'm struggling with body fat % (which I know its perfectly ok to eat before bed, but how long do you eat before bed?)

  • @JesusFreak246810 nutrient timing is irrelevant. hit the number of calories that you need to put yourself in a deficit everyday, and you will lose fat.

  • I usually don't eat 2-3 hours before bed and go to sleep a little hungry. I've been told it will force your body to burn off your fat reserves instead of muscle. Might be different if you're bodybuilding though, which I'm not.

  • @27albrecht Its the same, you´ll be burning muscle if you go to bed hungry, your body always tries to preserve the fat!

  • omg ur feeding us lies! u said that u always eat Cottage cheese before you sleep! now its chocolate pudding, next thing u know ur on stage with lady gaga's balls!

  • is organic or all natural pb better?

  • damn, i came up with this recipe myself some days ago myself! I just did it a little bit different then your difference. I did 400 ML Skim milk, 2 Scoop Casein chocolate supreme and 1 tbsp Natural PB. It tastes like candy!!

  • The only cool part about your videos is watching you super speeding everything lol

  • motherfucking retarded adds, youtube is bullshit -.-

  • you need some really good tasting PP to be able to eat it w/ this little water or milk.

I tried body for life's & it is so bad I cannot force myself to use it. I find most chocolate PP's are that way. EAS's Vanilla has a really good taste, now I only buy that kind & I add a spoonful of FF SF instant chocolate pudding to it for shakes if I crave chocolate, maybe it would work for this recipe too.

is that little waiter on your counter a real scale or decoration he's always in your vids.

  • you guys are so rude, he actually has some pretty amazing recipes that are alot more useful then half the shit people post on this site.

  • wow you can mix really fast. all those workouts must have been useful : )

  • @leanbodylifestyle btw im not trolling. i just would like to see a flex video or body stat video (no homo).

  • Are you a redhead?

  • nice vids and keep em comming! but a suggestion i have is that at the end of vids put a picture of the actual food complete so we can see how it suppose to look. hopefully you read this and do it :)

  • ahhh, ive always been stuffing my face before i sleep and it gets pretty old i was wondering what healthy things i could eat that were slow digesting, thanks for the casien protien info! ive never heard of that ,, thanks tons for the food info! this is great

  • won't the fats (whether theyre healthy or not) just get stored as body fat while you're sleeping?

  • @leanbodylifestyle Peanuts are actually pretty top heavy in omega-6 fats, which are inflammation-promoting. Most fat ass Americans are deficient in omega-3's and, thus, have their omega 6-3 ratio out of whack (ideally it should be 1:1). Conventionally-grown peanuts are also flooded with pesticides. As far as nut-butters go, almond is a healthier, but costlier choice.

  • Haha loving these recipes, but how about getting some workout videos? Give us a decent arm workout?

  • @MahaNomi

Why do you say Peanut butter is terrible?

  • @leanbodylifestyle Gain 20 pounds and people wont ever question how big you are, they'll just know you are really big lol.

  • @leanbodylifestyle prove it

  • How do you eat so big, but you aren't really that big yourself? I mean you got an athletic type of body but no where near swole. Just don't want it?

  • @cupofrice There's a difference between strength and size. He's got muscles but it's not like he's competing or anything. I bet he's pretty strong. Bottom line he's pretty damn healthy.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Well that roasted, unorganic peanut butter, doesn't do much. Try Raw, Organic Jungle Peanuts

  • so is casein really healthy ? really you say your recapies are so healthy yet every single one includes some form of protein powder

  • if you wanna burn off a few calories take a cold shower or workout in the cold or sleep with no blankets windows open

  • @mofuckinrambo yea so you can get sick

  • @mofuckinrambo

    Does that really work

  • @jgq85 sure your body is burning calories by using energy to stay warm

  • @mofuckinrambo

sure, the body expends calories when trying to warm you, but when it's cold the body will want to store fat since it's a great insulator. so basically; not reccomended.

  • @yashatono maybe,..just maybe

  • i actually eat this every night too. add some cinnamon and some artifical sweetener and it tastes amazing

  • niceeeee

  • yummy

  • yo i know u've said that the eilte 300 is better the optimum whey gold, its much more expensive, so if we cant afford it, will u still recommend us keep using optimum? and is casein the best for before bed?

  • @grimshitheadharryc7

casein keeps your body from going into a katabolic state, so it's great in the morning and before bed. casein is also a very good choice on days you won't have the oppurtunity to eat 6 meals a day.

  • @yashatono Casein would be stupid in the morning. You want something to digest fast, like whey, to get into your bloodstream and stop catabolism.

  • doesnt 2 scoops very on your weight?

  • Nice , I've just finished my chocolate casein shake

  • How you get all those suplements man ? :D

  • @WNUKOWSKy y think he gets them trough a revolutionary sistem :-s like shopping and online stores

  • @TheMRamstaff yeah, I see you're creative tough..

  • So how many callories is that before bed? I couldn't eat that! My ass would be ten pounds hevyer in the morning when I woke up!

  • @BRETTSBOO69 I eat it every night almost at keep a really low body fat percentage

  • goodie :D

  • lol probably more nutritious than the 2 king size dark chocolate twix i had last night

    looks like fudge icecream

  • Is Cashew nuts bad?
