well the band used baritone guitars which had the length of the neck and the gauge (13-60) to pull off the tuning which was A#FA#D#GC. your right though a reg guitar with reg strings u'd fail but if its outfitted with 10-70 gauge strings...well i demonstrated. sounded good on the 7 string tho. n yeah i want a 7 string but no cash. what amplifier did u end up getting?
