hey guys i just got this for christmas and i need some help..just how to i actually record...i have a usb to guitar end all pluged in and it wont pick up anything...help!!!!!???
really nice jamsession. line6 is pure comfort haha. I use podfarm for guitars and bass. thers no way you will ever get a tone like that with a miced amp unless you´ve studied micing/mixing so I kind of disagree with the statement "i think a real ampli will be always 100 times better then any digital interface" . in the studio better go for digital, live you better go for real amps. just sayin =)
now im wondering about drums if i want to do a cover of a song will i have to make the drum piece from scratch, and if im just improving there are just pre set in there already right?
@deathmast403 if you go on site that made riffworks they sell a lot (really a lot) sets of premade drums of all genre, from jazz to pop, from metal to rock, but they cost 10 dollars each one, and you cant make out a battery from start, so you can only mix the drums with different combo. I must say this has limited a lot me, cause i've found out i've more comfortable with Reaper (free) + ez drummer or addictive drums (i like these 2 more). Btw it's all individual personal choose :) hi!
@paolodec thanks and your using the pod gx thats the smaller of the three out correct ( it should cost $79 and guitar center ) im looking to buy one but im not sure if i should buy that out some other brand of audio interface
@deathmast403 i'm using it for the 3rd year (always had it from start) and i find good cause i'me always near pc so i can always play when i want without doing anything other then connect the guitar to it :) but i must be honest i've heard many times on comments under my video people talking about they dont like the tunes sound at all; so i think it's very subjective;i think a real ampli will be always 100 times better then any digital interface, other than that it's a very subjective thing :)
@kroepkroep i like it too very much :) as much as my new Buckethead Les Paul (you can see it in my last videos) but this is my first Gibson so will be always in my heart just a bit before the Buckethead one :)
@N1r3eB1bby dipende da quale riffworks hai, se hai quello line6 non puoi farlo, se hai quello sonoma basta clickare su export (di una singola traccia o dell'intera canzone); se hai la versione line6 e vuoi comprare la sonoma sono mi pare 10 o 15 euro di differenza basta che gli mandi una mail e ti danno un codice per comprare quello loro completo (quello line6 infatti senza esportazione perde molto...), fammi sapere se ti servono altre info ciaoooooo ^^
@markscs ur a dumbass now we can sit around and actually make music because its hard to jam with yourself retard, jamming is hwat gives ppl ideas for songs if u like something u say ya ill keep that and mess around with it thats how all music is made if u dont like it than delete all of the stolen music off ur ipod
I just bought a guitar port off ebay and it came wth riffworks but I cannot get it to install does it have something to do with registering the software with one computer your help would be apreciated
if u cant install try download it from official site (riffworks isnt shareware it comes complete in the try version it just dont permit to save file of project done till you register and buy it) so just download and try it if u find it useful u will buy and will be able to save files of your projects / songs / ideas. Hope this helps you
