The IDF field hospital -- replete with imaging equipment and operating rooms -- was operational within 10 hours of its arrival, prompting one CNN reporter to ask how the Israelis, flying from the other side of the world, were medically up and running while a nearby U.S. field hospital was still in disarray.

I didn't see anything to differentiate their set up from any other military field hospital. The Israelis are renowned for handling large numbers of casualties in a short time span, but that's about it. Good for them for being there, to be sure, but lots of other elite medical teams on the ground there as well.

Israel was the only Country that had the 'machines' (i.e. radiology) set up in the first week.

Well they had an advanced field hospital setup way before the Americans setup their own. They moved in to help faster than others.

Israel is one of the fines countries in the world!

How come such a tiny country does more than all the big countries?

Where are all the critics of Israel, who keep smearing it left and right when it tries to defend its citizens, who vote against Israel in this stinky UN at every opportunity no matter what? Why are they so silent now?

And where are all the Arab/Muslim countries in all of this? what have they contributed?!
