What about this approach..Tell Iran they can build one nuclear power plant for electricity generation. Every ounce of the spent fuel must be used in a breeder reactor for electricity production. That way, Iran only needs a very small amount of reactor material that will last 1000 years, and they don't need to get anymore. If they are truly interested in electricity and not bombs, this should satisfy that. UN inspectors must be allowed to inspect. Otherwise, Israel is waiting to bomb...
