Oops! forgot to say gently rub the sugar and Vasaline on your lips with the tothbrush, then wipe it off.

You don't even have to go to Henri Bendel and spend probably $100 for that lip exfoliater. Take some sugar and vasaline and a baby tooth brush then wipe it off. The same effect for like $5 lol.

i do this too & it works very well. Smooth some vaseline on your lips & gently scrub the area using a toothbrush. Wash or wipe away & then finish off with using a lip balm to moisturize it (& then your lip colour). I agree that after scrubbing, the lips will not only be free of dead skin cells but also appear more pink/red in tone. I love it! :)
