i was in bayji from sep 05 to sep 06, it was a hell whole then tons of ieds and stuff, i remember one night we were driving by al fatah mosque and gasoline alley and all the power cut out and them 2seconds later our truck got hit, then they shot a rpg and tons of small arms fire we were the third truck in the convoy, they didn't really mess up the hummv just 4 flats and a messed up windsheilds thats about it. hope it was better for you guys
