  • This isn't healthy- You need calories or else you won't have energy. You shouldn't rush yourself. You body is different from everybody else, and some just can't lose weight as quickly as others. Also, cardio is not the answer for weight loss and muscle gain, it's weights. Weights make your muscles work more, while cardio just makes your heart work more. Cardio is a good warm up, but don't rely on that for a six pack. Just focus on being healthy, not of the number on the scale instead! :)

  • I'm a 15 year old teenager I weight 49 kg, I play for a italian soccer team, anyway if you want to loose weight it's simple, just burn more calories than you eat, and at the same time try building muscles on your body, The best way to do that is to run, Run , RuN RUN RUN ! all does football players have muscles on their stomach and in really good shape is because they run a lot. when you run all your body moves with you.     only thing different im gonna do is

    instead of 1,500 calories..im gonna take in 2,000..cause i do cardio an weight-train

    no more junk for me .. an im gonna start counting calories
