I can really tell a difference!! How exciting for you!! you're doing a GREAT job. I can't wait to be on the loser's side of things. I'm doing a semi liquid diet and have lost 12lbs. I have done some experimenting and learned that CARBS are my enemy. (tears running down face) I of course love them like most everyone else! You look MARVOLOUS!!!!
