absolutely the deaf count, even the Deaf ;) I interpreted a talk at one of his Centers (Halifax) once for a Deaf attendee. As for CC on YouTube, I guess that would be something the poster would need to do. My guess is maybe pinokiofromtokio did not have the technology to do this. Send me a message and I will do my best to make the time to type out his talk in these two videos. Obviously this will take me a little time to do so please have patience. I want to thankyou for putting this video up here. i am not a student of Chogya Trungpa and have my own teacher. At the same time all truth is one and i've always enjoed his books in particular "spiritual Materialism". Please be encouraged to put more up here.
