  • @kousalyadinesh perhaps your heat was too high when you added the yogurt. Try turning off the heat completely and adding the yogurt one spoon at a time very slowly and make sure to whisk it well after you add every spoon.

  • interesting video! I have been trying to add yogurt into my diet and my first attempt at cooking with it appeared to have been cooked at too high heat as it turned into water. Thanks for sharing, great video I look forward to learning more!

  • @soofna I used about a cup of yogurt and you can adjust the amount of water you need depending on the consistency of sauce you're looking for.
