She's tough to kill (but it's possible) at level 1, but Umbra is a good source for a full set of ebony armor. Not to mention the sword she has is awesome. (if you don't do the clavicus vile quest the sword weighs nothing)

If you draw your weapon before doing the disposition mini-game, then sheath your weapon afterwards, you can automatically raise your disposition by 10.

You probably should have showed what the items do, secondly a question, would the Blackwater Blade be a good choice? It's relatively easy to obtain and is enchanted. I don't use it myself, but I thought it might have worked seeing as this is more of a " I just got out and I need some good equipment" guide.

Would you recommend the armour from the dark brotherhood or 2 heavy + rest random light to begin with? The shrouded armour is very well enchanted so does endurance make a big enough difference to beat it?

Endurance is supremely critical because it is used to directly calculate how much max health you gain when levelling up (not including buffs from armour, potions, spells, etc). If you're not raising endurance EVERY level you are seriously hurting yourself.

Yeah, this was made back when I started, and lots of people complained about my talking too fast.

I had to train myself to slow down. Though I can still spit words out just as fast, and be more coherent at the same time.

Can someone please answer this: I got the fin gleam helmet and I agree it was a bit easy so I turned the difficulty way up but I HATE being in the dumb view when wearing the helmet. I think its the night-eye on self thing. Is there ANY way to turn that off :S? I like the helm but I really don't like the view, I like the colours of oblivion :). Thanks :)

Depending on how you play you will max out at around level 44-50. However, if you use advanced techniques to exploit the game mechanics, you can max out your level at the binary code count of 255.

if you walk straight ahead of the sewer you get out of on the island theres a dungeon called vilverin and theres an ayleid statue you can sell to umbacano for 500 in the talos plaza district and a varla stone which you sell for like 500 gold to any shop and a bunch of welkynd stones that way you start out with about 1500 gold

@Arian545 Plenty. I prefer to make my own via sigil stones, but you can also find a bunch just by doing quests and stuff. I find that the Dark Brotherhood actually has some really good items for starting off the game. I think you get a couple good bows and swords, plus, if your a light armor player, you get the shrouded armor.

by the way, in chorrol if you go to the bar just next to the main entrance by the water fountain with the two men on it, there is a man that asks you to find his sons, if you end the quest well with no casualties (without the sons dieing) then you get this really nice sword.
