@Piercedmetung02 you bring the points up to te level required choose the desired perk then without accepting hint b or O or back then put your points where you want then accept

Can you do this with multiple perks or just the one?

@PIPBOY329 it can be done with any perk that has a stat requirement but not with every perk just can be done to one perk PER level up

Fallout NV is great, but there are too many damn glitches... I sadly gave up on it.

and you will get levels :D and you can add perks that you whanet
