Nice collection , Brah! My first payable electric was a '85 Ibanez Blazer that I spent about $800 customizing. Still have it today. I use it as a guitar I take on camping trips. I still really like it because I've learned to play on that guitar. Thanx again for the video and keep on rocking in the free world!!!
@scotty688 IMO for the price, the Ibanez's out of japan in the late 70's and early 80's could not be beat in respect to sound and quality. I love the sound of the super tap 6 and super 70 pickups!
@xXshalowXx over the years i've aquired alot of parts and pieces and unplayable project guitars most ibanez roadstars and my presonal favorite blazers. So i've been turning what i got into playable guitars.
hey guys can someone tell me what is the point in the frets being filed down like for example guitar at 4:50 can someone tell me what it does exactly please
@martinedverlaque It's called a scalloped fret board. The frets are left alone just the fret board is relieved to prevent any contact with finger tip. Alot of times this is done from the 12th fret up. "They say" cleaner fast runs can be achieved by removing fret board to finger tip interface.personally i cant say it makes a diff. cause i am not at the shredder level of playing but it dose require a lighter hand when phrasing chords.
the last ibanez was the best of the one!

why did you spend so much money on cheap knock off and copy guitars, when you could have saved up that money and bought major brand name guitars?
RedTV8888 7 months ago
@RedTV8888 those Ibanez were the top quality guitars in 80's and 70's, right with fender gibson.

LOL, I've had a guitar in my hands just about every day for the past 4 months! Building them.
Unfortunatly, it's been almost that long since i have played one!
Loosing calluses on my finger tips and getting them on my palms.
