The song is called Twister because it plays in the opening of the game when Neku realizes he is in the UG of Shibuya. It's a new world that Neku has not experienced before and he is clueless. This is similar to when Dorothy gets enveloped in a tornado in The Wizard of Oz and is thrown into the land of Oz.
