  • Fire Emblem 4: Eltshan, Trabant, Aereone, Altenna (for a while), Alvis, Ishtar and even Yurius who is possessed. Fire Emblem 8 also had Lyon who wasn't really evil and Fire Emblem 1 had Camus and Michalis.

  • Deep music. Good Remix.

  • cool music! ^^

  • idoun gives me a boner.

  • Idoun, Lyon/Demon King, and Nergal were my favorite bosses. Such sad stories...

  • REMAKE these games, just don't screw up the story line too bad and give us a dark final boss. NOT MEDEUS FROM NEW MYSTERY! Idoun is epic, 5x better than most Final Bosses

  • @Hemlocke3 Ever played Persona 3? Nyx is just... scary...

  • I loved FE6 but a few changes to the story line could greatly improve it. Mainly with character development. Idoun remains a mystery until the second to last chapter where her sad tale is explained. It in a way doesn't give time for emotion to set in. Had there been flashbacks every now and then throughout the story line showing the events during the scouring it would have worked fantastically. If they ever remake it, I hope they see it as a time for revisions. But FE7 was amazing!

  • I want an fe6/7 Remake on one cartridge on the 3DS. No shadow dragon graphics PLZ.

  • @lazarouslive i agree! :D

  • Idoun needs more art D:

  • @rosskay Yes, I do believe this is the original, but maybe in a more "real" way, since the game is on gameboy advance xD.

  • Amazing. Nothing more to add.

  • I think FE 6 was harder only because the enemy reinforcements appeared on their turn. Other than that, it wasnt that much harder

  • Now someone needs to do a cover for this

  • Comment removed

  • i would be very happy if you could extend this

  • I'll pay 50+ dollars for a Wii game about the Scouring....just saying...

  • @SenseiSprinkles totally, the chances for it are 0.0% though

  • @SenseiSprinkles

Throw your money and credit cards at NIntendo's website!

  • NEED... DOWNLOAD...

  • A fitting theme for the end of a very solid game. What depresses me, though, is the last set of human boss fights. The majority of them were good people who died due to their loyalty and trust in their country (Murdock, Brenya and Gale). Even Narshen was- okay no Narshen totally had it coming.

  • @officergumshoe I have the feeling that Narshen's a pedophile, just look at that smile! It's like he's looking for little children to lure with candy.

  • @officergumshoe Yeah dude, Narshen loved to screw little girls.

  • @officergumshoe - Actually, I haven't played this game but I'd say that's a good thing. The number 1 thing I hate with Fire Emblem series is how damn black and white it is: The Good are Good and the Evil are childeating monsters. It'd be nice to have "good" people on the evil side because they believe it to be the right.

Just like how real life works.

  • @Zeithri They do have people like that, not only in FE6(Sword of Seals) but in FE7 there is Nino and Eagler, in FE8 there is Selena, Natasha and Amelia - to name the few I can think of right now. In fact in FE8 most of those in Grado are not with the side of evil, just misguided.

  • @SeductiveToast

you forget Knoll and Deussal, who are two of my favorite characters in FE8

  • @SeductiveToast

Also, in FE 9 there's Shiharam, Haar, Jill, Tauroneo, and Bryce.

FE10 has the Dawn Brigade and the entire Daein Army, Dheginsea and almost every other dragon on the continent... Frankly, pretty much any "villain" with more than a millimetre of depth in Radiant Dawn (Jarod and co. aside) is like that.

  • Idoun theme = Depressing, Evil, Dark Mistress.

  • @BryceRyan I agree. Radiant Dawn has to be my favorite.

  • Man i gotta play through this game i have an emulator of it but never finish it i have every american title for fire emblem but sold my shadow dragon since i dont have a ds any more i love radiant dawn the most who's with me?

  • @BryceRyan fire emblem 7 was the best imo....POR and RD are very different, i still dont know what to think about them. Its almost like its not fire emblem it just looks like it on the map planes.

  • Idoun is only weakest if Roy with Sealed Sword or Fa is there, without them, the Demon King is the easiest

  • @BackOnFred Actually no, she's easier to beat than the Demon King without Roy or Fa.

  • this song can only be described in one word: beautiful. They need to make music of this calibur more often.

  • Comment removed

  • I never did finish playing Fuuin no Tsurugi, but the other Fire Emblem games I have played are amazing. All of them. And they certainly have GREAT music.

Together We Ride is still my favorite.

  • OMFG its so eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic

  • God this would fit perfectly into Castlevania. Sounds like you're about to fight Dracula.

  • This would sound so much more haunting and epic if it used pipe organs and a Latin choir.

  • one of the best final bosses

  • What emotion does this piece convey? I've been thinking about this, but I can't put my finger on any particular emotion. There is wrath, rage, sorrow, suffering in there... one giant mess,

  • @goaldhost a person messed up from being abused, in great rage and attempting revenge perhaps?

  • it would be cool if they made a remake of this, cause i really miss roy =[

  • I think I'm the only one who gets a boner from Idenn.

  • @PhazonIsAwesome u probly are

  • @silentstand Yeah, lol.

  • @PhazonIsAwesome you're not alone lol.

  • @kingbooforums LOL, I know. XD

  • Dheginsea in my opinion is the toughest dragon

  • Oh god this is awesome. This is going on my favourites immediately. Games need MORE pipe organ music.

  • second favorit boss

  • One of my favorite boss themes in Fire Emblem but there alot that are really amazing to XP

  • Im confused about something

FE6 was with Roy, Eliwood's Son

But FE7 was with Eliwood before Roy was born right?

Can someone explain the story to me

  • @bignastre Yes, FE6 happens 20 years after the events of FE7, so FE7 is a prequel, and Eliwood didn't had Roy until the end of the game (FE7). :)

  • @bignastre is like star wars, but instead is only a chapter

  • does anyone know the actual name for this song? like the track name from the game?

  • @shadow31213

    Shaman in the Dark

  • @Fetsbor

ah thank you very much. now, i just have to find a version of this fit for listening on an ipod or such. hopefully somebody will come through for me at OCR.....

  • @shadow31213 I did youtube downloader for this

  • I can play this theme on my recorder. I'll have to see if I can upload it sometime.

  • Her real name is Idenn.

  • How come this song is much different than the song on the sword of seals rom?!?!?!?!?!

  • This song is so epic T_T It's so fitting. There's a lot of build-up to this final encounter and then the showdown and then you see Roy appear with Idoun and even though it's animated and automated and you can't do anything, you're still like "LET'S GO ROY, KICK HER ***".

sorry, had to vent on how awesome this song is

  • i wish this game came out in america

  • of all the FE's number 6's music was the best, someone should really make a CD out of it

  • I think this music is perfect for the idenn/idoun battle. It sets a sad yet urgent mood; Idoun doesn't deserve death yet must be stopped regardless.

  • wish it was longer though

  • I LOVED this game. I'm so glad I got the ROM...listening to this song brings me to tears...

  • I LOVE THIS SONG !! XD

  • i want that music where i can upload it!?

  • this music also makes me feel sad..yet happy..and..er..idk.i love it.

  • seriously.this music kicks AS!i can imagine this as demon kings music!they shouldve seriously swithced those 2 songs!!!

  • i was dissapointed at how easy idoun was to kill in relation to the fire dragon from fe7 but i prefered 6 for game play and for apocalypse easily the freakiest spell of any kind yet, even freakier than ereshkigal

  • that music should have been the demon kings

  • I just realized that all drgons we get in the FE series are all female, pretty fair since most the main lords are male

  • @5starviewer

Well except for Bantu of course, but he sucked.

  • apart from mhyrrs father but you never really saw or got him only for a few seconds

  • Comment removed

  • This really is the most incredible theme I've heard in a video game. In relation to Idoun, it's the perfect score for her. It speaks with conviction: "Here I am - the betrayed, the forgotten; I who was cast into the darkness by the dearest of my own kin...isolated, and alone. I am the beast of madness and shadow... join me now in the void."

  • @staticfromjupiter yeah the music sounds like a like halloween music lol

  • bro excellent observation there.i didnt rlly think bout it like that..but now u mention it..it does dont it.

  • @staticfromjupiter That was like poetry. You kick more ass then a guy who might finally once and for all destroy DJ hero. That game sucks.

  • @staticfromjupiter lol when you had said void you made me think of X-Death

  • @staticfromjupiter To quote my OTHER favorite dragon-boss: "Few have experienced the torment I will now inflict upon you! My patience has reached its end! I WILL BE RID OF YOU!".

  • @staticfromjupiter so basiclly she is a generic dark villan wow...

  • @staticfromjupiter Fire emblem music. Awesome :)

  • I could listen to this for hours.

  • They should make a fire emblem game about the scouring. Epic theme btw

  • good idea,

    all of the Descendents ancestors

i wonder how Hectors Ancestors Armads i believe would be like as a unit.

  • lol probably will be picking on roland for being short

  • @apnap Someone refresh my memory, was the Scouring before or after Athos' time?

  • @Hardarkantos During Athos time, he is one of the 8 legends.

  • @Hardarkantos

Athos served in it, dieing hundreds of years later.

  • This Final boss theme has a meaning.

  • Dirge of the Fourteenth borrowed alot from this song.

  • Made a mistake, this song mixes sadness and epicness into one. You feel bad for her but she still scares you.

  • Comment removed

  • he is pure evil, no pity for him

  • where do you find images?

  • hey i haven't played FE7 is there where the demon king originated because in FE8 there is a demon king

  • @godofwars2346 I'll just give a short run down of the series. XD FE 1: First Game With Marth FE 2: Takes place in same world as 1 but different continent. FE 3: Sequel to 1. FE 4: Takes place in own world or possible same world as first. Don't really know. XD FE 5: Same world as 4 FE 6: In it's own world. FE 7: Prequel to 6. FE 8: It's own world. FE 9: Own world. FE 10: Sequel to 9 FE 11: Remake of 1. Unnecessary extra information but it could help you regardless. :3
  • @AssassinMura

    yeah but thanks anyway

    :-)

  • @AssassinMura

And FE 12 : Remake of 4, and sequel to FE 1! Recently announced.

  • No, the two games have nothing to do with each other. The Fire Emblem series is sort of like the Final Fantasy series in that most of the games have nothing to do with each other. I will say that FE7 is one of the best games of all time and possibly the best Fire Emblem so I recommend playing it anyway.

  • i'd say FE6 was way more epic than FE7

  • In your opinion.

  • Yup

mainly the difficutlity, i've had friends lose like 3 of the units in the first chapter on FE6 yet lose none of FE7

  • i had to play certain chapters quite a few times even though it was my second playthrough

    pretty hard wont you say?

  • indeed, i just hate the time limit chapters so to speak, u know the 1s where u have to do before 25 turns to get the legendary weapons

  • but i dont quite get it though, say as time wise, we need to complete a chapter in 20 turns or less, but as story-wise, so if we exceed the # of turns needed to get the Divine weapons, do Bern get them?

  • All it takes to be great at any Fire Emblem game is a thought-out turn, and loads of luck.

  • Not really, RNG has a habbit of screwing people, and thought out turns can be screwed in the computer changes it AI, thinking 5 moves ahead helps, but sometimes it won't

  • No, FE7 was a prequel to FE6. It explains Roy's father Eliwood's journey, and gives you the backstory to FE6. Demon King came from God knows where.

  • Comment removed

  • fire emblem's music is always nice every part of the game from 1 to 8

  • Good song, but I almost feel compelled to hack and give Her big stat boosts just to make the last boss actually hard.

  • I found the Demon King quite easy. He wastes a turn summoning stuff, and by the second turn, he's brown bread. FE7 final chapter was extremely difficult, considering you had to fight all the hardest bosses again AND Negal AND the dragon! You'll be pretty lucky not to lose any units. Idoun was pretty hard too, but if Fa and Roy are high levels, than you shouldn't have too much a problem. I also liked the songs in FE6 best.

  • @upalive11 I completly agree, though i also found that FE 6 was generally harder, harder enemies, chapter conditions and secret conditions

  • @fireemblemrocks89 Yes. it took a lot of practice for me to beat FE6. i only beat it once without losing any units , and it was on easy. i tried very hard, but i still can't beat FE6 on hardest difficulty. I've managed to keep all my units alive on the last chapter in FE7 only once because it is sinfully difficult. The feature that i hated the most in FE6 was the way enemies spawned after you ended your phase, giving you no chance to react(thank god they revoved it). but FE6 and FE7 are my favs.

  • @upalive11 The Dragon was far too easy, because the fight was too structured. It ALWAYS deals 37 damage, so as long as you have someone that has 38 HP, can hurt the dragon, a healer, and a mounted unit, you will slay the Dragon with no effort expended.

I will admit though, dealing with all the morphs during the Nergal phase is a challenge, though.

  • @upalive11

yeah idk i found the demon king real easy too. all my units were lvls 18-20 promote and i got 3 guys to crit him.... and not just any crit, like take him out in one hit crit. had no trouble beating him at all.

  • @upalive11

    Agreed.

Plus with the surplus of legendaries you Should have, he is even eaiser.

  • @upalive11 The FE7 final episode isn't so hard...

  • @MrPasympa You used Luna to kill Nergal and the Dragon, true? xD

  • @LexLight1 Nope. Hector and Sain... And to kill the dragon, Athos and Lyn with the help of Nils =)

  • @MrPasympa Oh, that's very true, because of "Filla's Might". xD

  • @LexLight1 How did you guess ? =)

  • @MrPasympa Because you've said Nils, and he's the only bard which's able to use the rings, like the "Filla's Might" one (which increases the attack). xD

  • @LexLight1 Nice. But Nergal sucks.

  • @upalive11 Hahaha! I always tried to keep every unit alive XD It was extremely difficult beating the game for this reason.

  • her eyes be awsome never saw a boss with different color eyes

  • Poor Idoun...

  • If you do it right, she gets better.

  • compared to radient dawn this theme is simple but more creppy anyone else nothice

  • Crappy or creepy? Your spelling error makes it difficult to discern.

If you meant creepy, I'd agree. Too bad she was such a joke boss, even WITHOUT the Sealed Sword.

  • @valiantvyse I agree. Zephiel was much tougher and harder then Idoun. Idoun might've been more satisfying and challenging if the dragon-slaying effect of the sealed sword didn't have effect on her. That's the case with Zephiel. there is practically no special weapon bonuses on him, so you have to beat him legitimately.

  • really good theme!^^ I had it in my head an entire day and I was kinda... freaked... :/

  • Does anybody have piano sheet music? it would be much appreciated(:

  • I cah give you the melody right here right now:

(Key of E flat major/C minor)

    Time: 4/4 Beats

    Eb D Eb Ab| D E F G| C C G F Eb D (repeat x1)

Eb F D| Eb F D| (Repeat the first and second line)

    (After you repeat those two lines) - G G Ab F G (x2)| G F G F Eb

  • Thank you!

  • i still like this song

  • Well, I know that. But, lets just imaging if there was a Demon Dragon. Then what? Haha.

  • i ot lucky on my 2nd ss playthru. ewan hit the demon king with eclipse and took his health down to 60

  • I love this theme!

  • Not OHKO'd, that's one-rounded. And I completely forgot about Ross/Joshua with their classes' respective crit bonuses. With Garm/Audhulma, they can easily OHKO.

  • You can OHKO the DK with Gerik/Gilliam and Audhulma/Vidofnir. If they don't land a crit, you can either 2-turn or OTKO him.

  • demon king can be offed by tana with a brave lance and 4 pierces. And thats skill no healing on the first try.

  • Dragons > Demons

  • What if it's a Demon Dragon?

  • There is no Demon Dragon per se

Idoun was a divine dragon abused by her own tribe because of her rare abilities

  • not really, none of the gba bosses were hard at all, not even on hard mode. if you want an actually hard boss, play against ashera (radiant dawn) on hard mode.

  • The dragon of Fe7 on Hector hard mode was a hundred times harder than Ashera in Radiant dawn!

  • not to me at all, that dragon was always a joke >.>, even on hard...but then again my lords were pretty damn ridiculous that round

  • @AppleDashF

Screw Uber Lords. Canas! LUNA TIEM.

  • is he really? i havent gotten that far in Sacred Stones.

my opinion for hardest boss of ALL the Fire Emblem games is.....

Berserk Ashnard from Path of Radiance. Without Aether, Resolve, or Wrath, Ike is pretty screwed in the end.

and for the gba it's Idoun since i havent fought Demon King yet

  • demon king was very easy, cant believe people still lost units in that game

  • @5starviewer : After a while, he does get easy yeah. I'm guessing that you mean he's easy even without the sacred weapons?

  • hm... never thought about that...

if he doesnt use that move that makes everyone sleep and if i dont use the sacred weapons, then i would say he's on ok level

  • though if you level up ephriam up to lvl 20 the demon king has a like 45% hit chance b/c epriams speed usually max's out or jus put a lvl 20 mhyrr and you bound to kill him to be honest all the last bosses are easy

  • Unless you change the stats on the final boss so that his hit chance is more in the range of 90-100% chance. I also went through and added each of the five dead Grato Generals to the final battle, similar to Fire Emblem 7's final chapter, and buffed them and Lyon to level 20. It's much more difficult and much more fun.

  • Eirika+Ephraim and someother legend user = PWNS demon king, he wastes a turn summoning minions whereas other bosses waste no time pwning people.

  • Well it was just the body, his soul was recaptured remember.

  • If I could, I'd throw tons more goons between you and the dragon. Make you fight your way up.

  • ._. No. Hector hard mode fire dragon is the hardest. Besides, FE8 sucked and FE7 is the greatest game ever made, so... And that's only if you trained hector to 20/20 like I always do.

  • true, demon king can put people around him to sleep, with that being said, if that happens, OWNED

  • seeing how the demon king gets surrounded by his minions i have to agree

  • Fire Emblem wasn't made to be OMG! FINAL BOSS UPAH!

  • you easily use Light weapons and weapons that are efective against Dragons, and use Fa's Divine Stone.

  • Who do you think the hardest boss in the FE series? I think it was Dhenginsea from FE10.

The BK from FE9 was pretty insane, aswell.

  • What? You can easily kill Deghinsea with Ena and Kurthnaga.

  • He heals any damage he takes from them, since they're pathetic IMHO.

  • Unless you train them correctly. Kurth was always awesome, but I never get the train Ena to her full potential.

  • You can take down Dghensia in one turn, y'know.

  • Yeah, but that still doesn't mean he can't be hard.

  • Hard, or strong?

    There's a big difference.

  • WITHOUT using characters and weapons that are broken? Demon King, even though he was the least thought out villain, ever. Seriously, if you didn't use the obscenely overpowered twin weapons, he was really hard.

  • Hardest boss in the English ones? Probably HHM Fire Dragon. A close second would be RDHM Ashera, as her AOE judge usually kills off a few of your weaker characters.
