Someone could probably explain it better, but It originated in Super Smash Bros. Melee, and it's where two players deal a 0-death combo on one person in a doubles match. Watch the original video to see what I mean.

wombo combo is from super smash brothers melee in a proffesional 2v2 match one of the players was hit so perfectly he had full health and was combo'd until dead without being able to move at all. their is no one wombo combo its just a term used to describe a 0 to death combo in melee
