ps: lugia is a dissapointment! He has no special attacks, including aeroblast, wich is lugia signature movement! D i s s a p o i n t m e n t !

@MultiYounglink Tiny differences between what pokemon you see. Except Emerald is a later version of Ruby/Sapphire, and has a few more things added to it, same with crystal vs gold/silver and platinum vs diamond/pearl

Glad it help:P The dogs is really hard to catch. I suggest you just search a place and wait for it. I't may take long time. But when you first meet one, you can look in the Pokedex and see where he is. When you know where it is, Don't fly to it, that will make him fly to another place. Try to walk to him and when you meet him, use Ultra or Master balls to catch it. Hope it helps:P
