i think it would be a better fight if diaz had won, but sometimes you can't talk shit your way into a title fight...I have to give the diazs their due, they can fight...that being said, they suck at fighting...you win some, you lose some...they are just sore losers and it shows everytime they fight and lose...as for silva, he hasnt had any competition since sonnen...and he took sonnen too lightly....rematch, ko first or beginning of the second round

@turbojugend79 Yes, the Diaz brothers can fight. And I think that Diaz would 'bring the fight' better than Condit to GSP. Condit does really well in countering, but GSP is not going to bring the fight to Condit. He's relying on Condit to bring it to him so he can counter. The same situation with Silva: put to counter-strikers together in the cage and you get a boring fight.

I agree. But Silva is getting to be like GSP. True, it's the challenger's job to bring the fight, but both belt holders have put on some really boring fights because they're being too cautious. From a promoter's POV I'd like see some new champions. (Not that I'm a promoter, just I can understand Dana saying he wanted Diaz to win when everyone thought Diaz was going to fight GSP.)
