great board, great chip, but wicked high temps. But you can probably get all the CPUs you want. And I guess it may not hurt it for short periods. But wtf is that weird sound when you type?
its not so much about how quick you set your bios for 4.4GHz man (anyone can just do that and jack up the volts setting to get stable clock), but u dont have a proper cooling for running that high of clock speed. if your cpu temp is 86-89C at load, I can imagine how hot is your core temp (I bet it passed 100C).
