Hmm, its hard to say what is the best Spec ops. all of them have great traits, SEALS train with the SAS, but they are on Par with them, delta force to.

I think it depends on what the situation is. If it involves an airplane or ANYTHING to do with that kind of stuff, the SAS. If its anything to do with water, counter-terrorism(more specifically at night) then the SEALs are the ones you want. FID, then the Green Berets.
