  • Awesome XD

  • dude. that is fucking awsome. great vid man.

  • A standard lone wolf barrel can be used for CCW ???????

  • Question, how does the recoil buffer work for you. Have you experienced any jams or difficulties in the slide closing?

  • @fieldx200 ...no jams...no problems with the slide. But, that buffer pad is not meant to be left in forever...examine it when cleaning the weapon fter a day at the range. Probably needs to be replace after 1500-2000 rnds.

  • @HELLZZARMY Oh, that's not bad at all, I just ordered mine from Lone wolf. I appreciate you getting back to me and thanks.

  • question when you buy that barrell do you have to wait some certain days before they give to you? or can you get it on the same day

  • @mitsubishidiamante ...yeah what ever the shipping is overnight, 2nd day air, priority mail, etc... no restrictions.

At least here in Hawaii. That barrel is just considered an accessorie or replacement part.

  • On the inside of the slide, where the guide rod/recoil spring goes, is that an aftermarket thing you put in there? The silver part. If so, what is it, what does it do?

  • @t1msguitar ...you must be refering to the recoil buffer pad. Watch the attached video response.

  • how accurate is the new barrel and does the guide rod make a difference on the recoil? I just bought my G 22 and thinking about some upgrades......

  • @menacevang209...glocks are accurate right out of the box and even though I prefer 1911s I shoot better with a Glock.

Now I don't have statistcial facts but, it's a given that a longer barrel is more accurate than a shorter barrel. And the ported barrel and tungsten guide rod does tame the recoil but, I never have a problem with the recoil anyway.

Shoot your Glock and then decide if you want to make any changes. I love Lone Wolf ported barrel on my Glock. I hope that helps.

  • Is that a lone wolf stainless steel guide rod?

  • @hmongvaj08...No, it's a tungsten steel guide rod from the Glock Store.

  • @HELLZZARMY Did it came with the spring too or you had to purchased that seperately?

  • @hmongvaj08...The guide rod comes with the spring.

  • when you ordered your barrel in the options on the site did you have to select the 2 port for the extened length i want to order the right part i love the look of that barrel and can you tell me the part number the part number on the site with the 2 port is lwo15-22 let me know if that matches on your part number

  • @bang2loud1981 ...that was over a year ago...I just went to the GlockStore website and order the (2) port extnded barrel for my Glock 22. The only engraving is that vicious wolf and 40 S&W.

However, I went out to the gun safe a found the plastic tube it was shipped in and the sticker on the tube said: LW015-22.

So you're "golden" brother match verified.

  • @HELLZZARMY cool thanks for the info man

  • just got one of these for my glock 19. great barrel

  • ok, i love all pistols that shoot reliably, i like 1911's and have had some experience with glocks. However i have been looking into weather i will buy a 1911 or a glock and i cant decided between the two. I do know that anything you do with a 1911 will require gunsmithing or extreme attention to detail. Also mag capacity is a major deal. I love the looks of both i guess. Are these changes in barrels effortless? Also what is the accuracy like. as in inches at 25 yards

  • @fireball676 ...these mods are easy...I shoot better with Glocks even though I prefer 1911s. Glocks are accurate right out of the box...the Lone Wolf barrel makes it more accurate.

As for performance I could tell you how I'm a surgeon with a Glock...I can punch out the X in the center of a targert.

I think you have to fire one for yourself.

  • @HELLZZARMY thanks...ill try to shop around and see what i come up with....hopefully ill end up with both eventually haha, and maybe a cz to go along with them haha.

  • @fireball676 WHen you said you love all pistols that shoot reliably and then in the next breath you say you like the 1911's. I have seen SOOOO many malfunctions with 1911's I would never bet my life on one. And its not just one kind, Kimbers see 3 different ones jam, Pararms....the only one I have not seen with my own eyes was a Colt 1911 jam. The Kimbers I seen jam, jamed with good ammo, well taken care of weapons. Me myself would never bet my life on a 1911.

  • @fireball676 i took my glock 21 to the range yesterday to test some reloads I made, I have shot my glock about 5 times, so I'm still getting used to it. I put 3 rounds touching each other in the red of the bullseye, and 2 more close to it, within an inch and a half. That was with experimenting with reloads, not factory ammo. Glocks are the way to go bro. ;)

  • thinking on buying one for my glock 17 do you feel less recoil with this barrel? any stores that you know off selling it for less than 115? thats the lowest i seen it

  • @GhostStan ...10-4 less recoil and more accurate. haven't looked for a more inexpensive site.

Just know of the Glock Store or direct from Lone Wolf Industries.

  • I actually did some lurking on the site a while ago and came up with nothing. thanks for your response by the way. the only thing that concerned me was that where the end of the guide rod actually touches and fits onto the barrel on a gen 3 that part of the barrel is flat and the rod seats on the flat part but a look at a gen4 you'll see where the rod seats on the actual barrel is rounded in the shape of the end of the guide rod to be seated.

  • do anyone know if those barrels will work for any of the gen4 glocks.

  • @TROLLIRL ...I believe it should. Gen 3 & 4 changes were more ergonomic and not a redesign of the internal functions.

Check the Lone Wolf Industries website...

  • what do you think of replacing the trigger connector with a 3.5 lb connector?

  • @AirsoftVeteran96 ...as I feel cossing a gun or knife is a personal choice...so is the modifications you do to them. In short what ever works for you.

  • Not as much kick as a forty five huh

  • @TROLLIRL ...Nope...way less.

  • Hey man great video.

Im thinking of getting a glock but not sure what round i want .

I want alot of knock down power for self and home defense. So i wanted to get your opinion Glock 22 or 21 or......

    Thanks man

  • @APatrioticRebel ...I carried a Glock 22 & 23 (.40 S & W) for the longest time. More stopping power than a 9mm not as much kick as a .45

    But, I love 1911s...carry my Springfield Armory 1911-A1 a lot. And I got a Glock 30 (.45 acp) about 2 months ago.

So my suggestion is carry what you can shoot and what you can acquire now. My thing is when it comes to guns and knives it's a personal choice. But, .45 acp is a proven man-stopper.

    Good luck...JT

  • is it drop-in or is gunsmith fitting needed?

  • @adrianrubi ...as I said in the video...no gun-smithing needed....

  • I don't know, man. Kudos for doin it and if you like it, all the more power to you. I think it makes it look silly, IMO.

  • too each their own huh.

it works great...besides most people think Glocks are ugly anyway...

  • Hey, if it;s ugly, ratty, and looks like hell, but goes BANG every time and the target goes SPLAT - who the hell cares?

Like I said, I PERSONALLY don't like, but you do, so my opinions matters not. :)

  • @HELLZZARMY I wanted to ask you a question because it seems as though I am in an odd position in trying to convert glocks. Most people convert the .40 into the .357sig, I am actually doing the complete opposite, and unfortunantely, there is no video out there that can give me some insight into my particular case, I assume it should work the same given they are the same exact frames from the Glock 22, I only wonder about the fitting in this conversion. Your help is greatly appreciated

  • @SSSDiaz7...yeah it should be possible...the .357 Sig is just a bottle-necked version of the .40S&W.

check out the Glock Store...LoneWolf makes all sorts of barrels...the show the conversion on the barrel for ex; .40S&W-9MM

  • Hey bro, that barrel does make your Glock shine! I have 2 Glocks and I've been toying around with the idea of buying a ported 357sig barrel for my G32. I was wondering if you have had any Failure to Feed issues with the LWD barrel? Also, if you have had any issues with FTF, is it a certain type of ammo... Thanks for you time and the video info.

    Semper Fi

  • @BigAl0331 ...No...no failure to feed....but, I use only factory ammo, no reloads. (even when training)

Speer Gold Dots, Federal Hydra-Shoks, Winchester Rangers...so it can get expensive if somebody else is not buying the ammo.

  • if you wan a full auto glock conversion , it will make any glock full auto. check out my video.

  • I'd love to have a LWD barrel for my 36 - mostly just to feed lead, but I've heard the sharp angle on the ramp is too much for LSWC. I guess I'll just keep loading lead for the 1911 and fmj for the 36. Nice video!

  • thanks...

  • Svveet......i m told they lose reliability ....hovvs it shoot? peace

  • Not from my experience...I always shoot great with Glocks...even better with this modification.

  • Yes Bad azz!! 5*****

  • i got my barrel for 75 bucks

  • That is fucking sexy bro.

  • @0rangeKush

"that is fucking sexy bro!".....is something one dude should never say to another.

    just saying...lol.

  • Bad Ass Indeed! I have a Glock 17, 23, and 20. I also run barrels from Lone Wolf, Stormy Lake, and KKM. The KKM came with a box-port that screws onto a threaded barrel. The KKM is super accurate.

  • cool...I got to check out those other two companies...

  • Bad Ass indeed! I have a Glock 17, 23, and 20. I also have barrles from Lone Wolf, Stormy Lake, and KKM. The KKM with the screw-on box-port for the threaded barrel is Super Accurate!

  • I installed my FireDragon barrel on my Sig P229 and it looks sweet but some times when I hit the slide release the slide gets caught on the barrel I think, it doesn't always close all the way. Just wondering if you had that problem at all.

  • No...the Lone Wolf barrel works great!

FireDragon huh...new to me gotta look it up...

  • fire dragon is EFK . and ive had an issue with my dual spring/stainless guide rod assembly as well. better off with the stock one in that respect as well.

  • i also had an issue with my EFk fire dragon part , mine is the dual spring stainless guide rod assembly , and the spring is too long and it s's so you can hear it rub the slide, and it hopped off the barrel 2x in one sessio , back to stock for me. i shoot a glock 30sf.

  • hey i dont know much about guns right now but what does the longer barrel do for the gun or performance or what ??? thanx

  • the longer barrel translates to better range and accuracy...providing the shooter does his part...

  • I'm thinking about getting one of these for my sig but I heard the are a pain to clean and cause malfunctions, any truth to this that you are aware of?

  • not from my personal experience...the only difference is the port...toothbrush helps.

No malfunctions...about 400 rounds been put through as of today...

  • Well thanks for the info bro, I'll think I'm going to get one.

  • What does the Lone Wolf slides do to the gun? They don't make them for all the gun models

  • You mean barrel right? Higher quality barrel, the ported barrel means more controllability and less recoil, the longer barrel translates to more accuracy...basically helps to improve your shooting...

  • No I mean I looked in their website and saw that they made custom slides to the gun. What gains do the stainless slides improve to the gun?

  • Sorry haven't seen them. Probably just esthetics...for that custom look...

  • SWEET!

  • i just picked up a 3rd gen glock 22 for 250

  • does the front sight get black from the blackpowder after a few mags of rounds fired?

  • not really...

  • but it happens right? cuz im thinking on one for my glock 19.

  • the front the gun get some of the fine black dust from shooting it doesn't really black out the front sight.

But then again I haven't spent all day at the range lately. I don't see it as a problem if that's what you mean...

  • thanks for your help

  • you're welcome...

  • went to the glockstore site lone wolf has extened barrels next catagory is ported barrels. I,m wanting to be sure I get a 51/2 two port stainless just like yours-- alittle advise please

  • Have you tried shooting cheap Blazer Brass through that barrel. I heard you need quality ammo for those conversion barrels. Thanks

  • sorry no I haven't...only Speer Gold Dot and Federal HydraShoks...because tha's what we carry...

  • i am not a fan of ported barrels they cause corrosion and could cause malfunction...but thats just me i love all of your videos keep them coming and if you have a glock 21 can you make a video i really want to see a good one

  • can u use it for airsoft

  • Sorry dude...I know Jack and Shit about airsoft and Jack left the room...lol!

My way of saying I don't know. I know Airsoft Enthuasiast use real accessories sometimes on their guns. But, something as interegal as a barrel...you gotta ask someone else.

  • its kool bra

  • Nice! I've been eyeballing the Lone Wolf barrels for a while myself for my G23. Have you got to shoot it yet? Just looking for an accuracy comparison to the factory barrel.

  • shoots great...put about 200 rnds through it with no problem. Always shot good with Glock ...so I don't see a dramatic difference...more flash and even less recoil.

Plan on getting one for my Glock 23 too...

  • Can you chamber a Glock 22 in order to go from a 40SW down to a 9mm round just by switching out the barrel & magazine?

  • 10-4...the Glock store has those barrels conversions. And you're exactly right you have to buy the appropriate magazines.

They have Bar-Sto and Lone Wolf barrels.

  • Last I known I thought HAWAII had shitty handgun laws. How is there laws there?

  • REAL RESTRICTIVE...

  • fuckin sweet

  • Put a magazine with more round capacity, a gripe spacer, and a flashlight and your done!

    nice video man!

  • Got a tactical illuminator for my Glocks...see video response to this video: GLOCK ~ Modification/Practical & Easy Upgrades...

yeah gotta get those Hi-Cap mags from the Glockstore...

  • Nice! u just have to find some zombies now!

    Beatiful gun man!

    again, nice video!

  • thanks...oh they're here buddy...they're here! lol!

  • nice barrel but i hate how it sticks out that far

  • I really like it...Lone Wolf makes standard size barrels with or without ports. But, the standard barrels with ports are made for the compensated Glock models the ones with the cut outs in the slide...OSU!!!(KARATE EXPRESSION)

  • 5and one half inch two vent in stainless for my g23--hope lone wolf can do it all

  • this oneis made specifically for the Glock 22...it might be too long for a Glock 23.

Order the correct one...when you order the 2-port barrel it indicates what Glock model you're buying it for...

  • Comment removed

  • thanks...

  • Comment removed

  • that barrel looks sweet

  • think the ports would get caught up on the slide with a glock 34?

  • I wouldn't think so...they make the barrel for the specific gun (model).

  • so you think it'd work?

  • 10-4 if Lone Wolf makes a ported barrel for the 34 it should. The(2) ports are always outside of the slide anyway.

Now if you buy the (4) ports..they're made for glocks where the slides a cut out too(compensated)...OSU!!!(KARATE EXPRESSION)

  • looking good braddah

  • thanks eh...how's the gun laws in the "Show me State?"

I was there in '79 when I went to Basic training in FT."Lost in the Woods" (Leonardwood). OSU!!!(KARATE EXPRESSION)

  • the gun laws here are really relaxed, the state trust its citizens with weapons.lol. according to the retards at the Brady campaign we are a very dangerous state. but we have a low crime rate compared to states that have strict gun laws and bans

  • You took the words out of my mouth J.T.

    BAD ASS!!!

Let us know how it shoots.

  • Alright...

  • put (2) mags through it today at a my friends gun shop (indoor range)...I always thought that it shot great...now it's even better!!!

  • very nice, let me know how you like shooting it, I found that the extened ported barrel not only improved accuracy, but I noticed the cut on kick as well, with ym 9mm it wasn't a huge difference though with your 40SW you should be able to tell more...

  • thanks...10-4...sure thing.

  • put (2) mags through it today at a my friends gun shop (indoor range)...I always thought that it shot great...now it's even better!!!

  • Sweet.

  • sweet.

what kind of dog u have i heard it shake

    at the end ofthe video.

  • chihuahua, terrier, & daschund mix ...she's the Wifeys dog..."CHOZEN"...good ears dude...no sneaking up on you huh...J.T.

  • Good video :)

  • thanks...
