Definitely Bioshock Infinite. I am so hyped for this game. I've been watching all kinds of trailers and interviews with the director and it is going to be fucking INSANE! I am already calling Bioshock Infinite GOTY for 2012. I even went out and re-bought Bioshock 1 & 2 today to replay them because I CAN'T WAIT!

Other than that, my #2 most anticipated is Darksiders 2. I loved the first one and played it twice.
