Hilary looks so much more older with her dark hair and when she has the blonde hair she looks cute, like when she was a kid.
Have you noticed when Hilary doesn't have any bangs, she looks like a different person...well thats what happened to me.
Anyway great video but i prefer the first one, thanks I enjoyed it.

No. That's Hilary too. I have the full set of photos from that event. They were taken Sept 20, 2007 and Hailey didn't attend that event.

I know they aren't twins. I said they were LIKE twins. And those pics are Hailey Duff. Wait-They ARE pics of her right?? She has darker hair and Hilary is like way skinnier. Not that I like either one more.
