I play it the same as the progression I mentioned below, just with different timing, (and I finish each phrase with the Cmaj7/F before I repeat to the C/C). Hope that helps.

I would share them if I had them, but I learned it by ear. Everything I play is without music. I'm pretty sure most of the chords are right though with just a few liberties taken. Basically I play C/C (or C over C), C/E, Cmaj7/F, Am/A, C/G. To me it sounds like the entire song is just versions of these chords. Hope that helps :)
