Most ppl now a days like those stupid cars and the mini trucks that piss me off [i had one, so i know] Is sad to know how comercial the've gotten with the years. Is not about manufacturing legends, is about sales, so sad. Im Chevy truck lover myself, i have 2, had 3.
i like how that jackass skips right over the 73 and the 78 sitting there....naturally like he skips over the apache too....what a douche. but man was he all over that new suburban....wasnt the point to show the classic stuff, not the 2 or 3 year old suburban?
Wait a muinite. The museum dosent have the 1960-1961 Chevrolet Apache model at all??!! How can you show every other style change without those year models? 1961 was the last of the Apache line and the last to have style to it. They should get one in there.
The guy giving the tour didn't seem to know his stuff. He said the forward design trucks ('47- early '55)started production in '49. That was the first production year of new post war design passenger cars. Trucks were the first vehicles released by the big three after the war.
Those are some beautiful vehicles. It is a pity that GM is walking away from their rich heritage and trying to move down to small cars. I fear the day that they killed off the GMT360 trucks will be the final nail in their coffin. *proudly fills the trailer behind, the rack above, the cargo area inside, and the cab inside his 2007 Isuzu Ascender and fires up the 4.2L Atlas I-6*
thats a dealer test you're talking about bro. all the chevy did was hold the brakes and wait for the ford to spin then the ford has no chance and the chevy walks away. i was complimenting chevrolet trucks so stop being an ass. thats what i don't like about some of you chevy guys...way to full of them selfs. beatiful trucks in this video and thats all that matters.
nathanbear123, ja ja ja fuck you! see that truck at 6:14? i have the exact same one motherfucker, mines a 1971 and its a step side. how could you say that? this truck was purchased by my grandfather almost 40 years ago. you think we mexicans cant afford them? your fuckin stupid havent you noticed that we mexicans have way nicer cars than you? we fix them up nice! you gotta not be racist, being a asshole online isnt anything, because i know you woulnd say that to my face!
You Are so Right I own A 1991 1500 scottsdale with a 5.7L V8 4spd. standard this trucks the beast and i dont plan on selling it sor ever. Chevy Like A Rock
Completely agree! they use to be design for actually going off road. Not off road as in a soccer field. Best memory of my childhood was my dad in his 76 K5 bouncing up and down a old logging road that lead to our country house. Never got stuck never had a break down just 6 miles of washed out, rutted, muddy mess. It sure did suck when they eventually put in a real road.
well, if you think about it man 95 percent of the time your on the highway and on streets you dont need a truck like that no more for a everyday work truck. Now if your your off road all the time and live off road i would diff be getting some with solid fornt axle up front. that why i drive a Z71 and my K5 off road lol yeah baby. But yeah they dont make them like they used to bro.
Skipped 1957 chevrolet suburbans. My grandmother had one. I loved the sound it use to make as it was cranking it made the sound rub rub rub. A rubbing sound. My grandmother use to do long cranks with it making the sound rub rub rub for as long as 3 minutes when it would not start.
You'd think they could get someone who wasn't such a dumbass. "Wood spoke tires"???
And it's São Paulo, not San Paulo.
