Most American schools have a hard enough time teaching students English, let alone any second languages. I thought that if I learn it, not only can I apply it in daily life (Wales speaks Welsh still), but I would be keeping an ancient language alive - well two, because English is ancient too. Still..70% of Wales can't speak it but oh well.
