How do you feel about honey. I eat that as a snack, mixed in with plain fat free yogurt, granola, and golden raisins. Is that good as a sweet snack and protein??? Thanx
well honey has a lot of saturated fat in it.. so yea.. the plain fat free yogurt, granola, and golden raisins are good without honey, maybe if there is a fat fre honey?

what type of exercises can be done to put more firmness in the chest/breast area. ..........and in losing about 100lbs ...would working out a lot stop one from having excessive skin?

those videos are already on youtube and the internet.
Here's basics.
1. Lift every other day. If u lift daily u will not gain muscles, as they will not have time to rest and heal. Muscles grow when they are resting.
2. Eat some eggs, tuna or any healthy protein after u lift, since protein is used to build the muscle when they are resting.
3. Learn proper technique, watch utube vids etc or u can screw up ur body.
4. work out whole body, or you'll look unbalanced & it can throw off spine etc
