Putting a barrier 10 meters in advance barrier at NIGHT on a HIGH SPEED highway to change 5 lanes into 2 is very very stupid. There should be at least HALF a mile of cones to separate the road.

the people in this car would have died on impact or just after in the explosion. By the time anyone even remotely close by could have got to them the car was already engulfed in flame. The men who jump out of the way are narrowly avoiding being caught in the blast themselves. And really, how on earth could you miss such a thing or not stop in time unless you were seriously not paying attention and speeding? Sadly the proper people to blame are the ones in the car and no one else.

What gets me issss.... at the very beginning of the cones, there is a sign that looks like arrows poinying forward. The flashing sign is BEHIND that arrows sign. In america its a minimum of 500ft (i think) that the lane must be closed before the worker site. Its probably more now. I remember the 500ft from the 80s.

No matter what... that is a construction setup fail imho.
