  • Fear comes from ignorance.

  • I wish Bashar would speak where I live.

  • i need to speak with bashar personally

  • The meaning of the name Bashir is 'Well-educated; wise'

  • I make it even easier for me. I know that there are fears that I cannot overcome just by willpower. It stays there.

So what is is? Of course -> 'Body Fear'. Huh, Body Fear, what is that?

Thats the piece-of-shit-fear that was somehow programmed into my body and my self before I became a human doesnt get it, that I have no interest in solving this case while being a human.

Ah yes and I will fu**ing kill spiders because of it. ^_^ .V..

Maybe this fear means, I shall end the lifes of spiders.

  • whats the symbol explanation of why im shit scared of spiders ? and i know my fear is totally irrational

  • @1annaunki Look up NLP Therapy, if the therapist is good the fear should be gone in one session, if its important to you, that is.

  • @plague613 thanks dude ill have a gander

  • @1annaunki EFT (emotional freedom technique) is extremely effective, and you don't even have to believe in it to work. It helped me for a few of my phobias too.

  • @1annaunki Because spiders are creepy as hell lmao. No but I am scared of them too.

  • @1annaunki you are scared of the veil that covers the spider due to your phobic thought, not the spider itself. We look to the future and imagine what could happen if the spider did this or that...From a distance the spider is illusory, no different to seeing a spider on the television.

  • @ncripzx i get what your saying but its more of an instinctive fear it makes my body shudder the instant i see one

  • @1annaunki you realise its just a being experience life like yourself. a spider has no inbuilt definition or meaning. you have simply created the fear. no-one else has done anything to make you scared about it lol.. EVERYTHING you experience is your experience

  • @1annaunki spiders, like reptiles, are their own species.. and, more then likely, either your childhood or past life experiences have had fearful encounters with them and those encounters have been embeded into part of your chakra system. no fear is irrational, all fear can be turned to joy.. but not all at the same time.

  • I was actually searching for that exact phrase("what is fear") and the very first video that came up was with bashar(this video). I have watched A LOT of videos with him and of course I had to watch this one xD.

  • So I like how some retards on this planet buy into whatever they're told in school and accept it as the correct and only answer.

  • he says all fear is based on belief, but what about the startle reflex?

  • I love Bashar. He explains truth so well! Everything starts in beliefs. And for me getting to the Core Beliefs is key and freeing when it arises! I appreciate now having the definition of seeing negativity as a quick pass to total freedom and much more Joy, around the bend!! Thank you plague613!

  • 4 people live in fear.

  • I thank Bashar , he says stuff which has never crossed my mind. Bashar is able to make me and maybe others a stronger human and a more understanding person.

  • could someone message me a Bashar clip on changing a belief that resonates with you?

  • I get the fear part. It makes perfect sense. What I don't get is what mercury has to do with the theme of the clip

  • If you want to talk B.S, it doesn't get any better than Scientific Materialism;

No one can tell what a though or feeling is, saying that activity occurs in the brain when it happens (actually a bit later), is only an aspect - or perhaps just an effect but surely not the ultimate cause of things.

So when you have fear (as described in the video) it also translates into physical reality, in part in the individual's nervous system - in part in (3) areas of the brain.

    Best, Ron.

  • @plague613 Huh? Scientific Materialism? Are you trying to equate science with a belief system? I'm talking about scientific fact not religion. Fear "translates" into physical reality? Fear is a chemical reaction in the brain, always exists in "physical reality" (are you implying there is another reality?). The nervous system is used by the body as an automatic response mechanism which we have little to no control over which is my entire point, Fear does not equate to belief... it is instinctual.

  • First of all I am a mathematician and am well aware of the philosophy of science, which is based on assumptions, another word for beliefs.

Secondly, the only FACT here is that when the phenomenon of FEAR occurs then FULL BODY symptoms occur, including but not only, in the brain.

Thirdly, fear doesn't at all only occur in the reptilian brain stem (responsible for instincts), it also shows in the limbic brain and the frontal cortex - thus in emotions and thoughts.

  • As to your question about physical reality; There is only ONE reality, and it has many aspects. Absolutist Reductionism happens when people (falsely) reduce all phenomenon to one aspect - for example some scientists saying everything is material (which is just BAD science) and some psychologists saying everything is in the mind and all you see is illusory manifestation such as random firings in the brain.

These co-arise and are irreducible, claiming one causes the other is NOT scientific

  • @plague613 You're building a straw man here... the issue is whether fear is based solely on human beliefs or based on human evolution, meaning instinctual and beyond simple NLP placebo psychology... sure there is some learned fear responses... like learning to fear snakes after being bitten... but that cannot equate to the whole experience of fear

  • @plague613 agreed ,current science only deals with 3rd density frequency world, theres alot more and im still learning. quantum physics might be the key to solving it all. be well my brethrens

  • @plague613 Wow. You destroyed that guy....8-)

  • @plague613 assumption does not equate to belief... assuming the sun is going rise tomorrow morning is different than believing a giant frog swallows it at night... one has past empirical evidence to support it the other is pure fantasy. No science is based on belief or leap of faith in logic... only pseudo- science like creationism...

  • @Jester2415

You can say that it is just a biological reaction, but that is like saying a bonfire had no beginning. It is like saying it is just a chemical reaction disregarding the match the started the fire to begin with. And if you reduce it to something you have no control over, you might as well disregard you can take a hose to the wood an put out the flame.

  • Your analogy is faulty... bonfire? I don't follow that logic, fire is apart of reality, governed by the laws of physics. And we don't have control over how fire works, we can only manipulate it by its governing laws, heat, oxygen, fuel source. The brain controls us, using fear as one of its tools, also pain and pleasure, its why high calorie foods taste good and why it hurts to stay awake for more than a day, Fear is instinctual, but yeah the feeling of having no control is scary isn't it?

  • @Jester2415

a bon fire is a great analogy for fear....I know intense fear so maybe a forest fire is a better one. Fear is a biological reaction, and fire is just a reaction, but fear beyond instinctual fear is a different matter. That fear is an end result, and the match is the source of the fear. The hose is understanding the fear. That you can control. Writing it off as a reaction beyond one's control only reduces the person who is afraid as a puppet.

  • @mydesirescometrue We have all been instilled with FEARS, doubts, insecurities, etc by sources outside of ourself, so essentially for most the unconscious/subconscious mind is in control and we did not program it...

  • @BarRYK333

Says who? Your reaction to whatever goes on determines how it effects you, and any strong emotional reaction will cause new neuro pathways to be created.

  • @Jester2415 or not

  • @Jester2415 what you said about fear is correct if your thinking in a plane small view of reality but try thinking about it with a larger spectrum of reality...like whats the meaning of the fear...there are reasons for everything.

  • @Jester2415 Before fear feels like fear, or is fear, it is a thought, and the only shape or form of fear is as a thought is "If", or "what if?". Once this thought is sub-consciously projected and confronted to your consciousness (recognizing that it is a fear) you then have the conscious choice of giving more thought or energy to it, and thus you end up feeling the fear (the emotional and physical feeling). The only way fear can be felt or "heard" is by choosing for your self that you want fear.

  • @Jester2415 I feel like we're under siege. We're constantly having to try and beat back the endless, oncoming waves of the pseudo-rationalist hordes. ;)

  • @Jester2415 true! but then why are there people who are totally fearless? most such people are people with very much levity! can you explain this more to me? because of course ... this is a 'solid' dimension and because of its solidity it has to be logical that is why all such things manifest in the brain because they have to ... because it has to be logical or else this density would break. what do you think? this is my logic speaking :D.

  • @carnivourlocust If someone actually could be totally fearless then I would fear for their safety... I mean someone has to... it's a dangerous world out there...

  • @Jester2415 hahahahahahah :D true true ;) but only fearless ones and ones with total levity get an adventure out of life. in my opinion this fear was bred into our bones by our 'supposed to be' life style. because I rather live free for just today and die tomorrow than to be a slave of my fear and live for eternity.

  • @Jester2415 "If someone actually could be totally fearless then I would fear for their safety... I mean someone has to... it's a dangerous world out there..."Actually, they would be the prime survivors, since their higher part of the brain(neocortex, associated with thinking processes) would now be master over the lower 2 brains (lymbic system (emotional/feeling processes) and reptillian brain (mechanical/instinctual processes), allowing them to keep their cool where others would jump the cliff

  • @Jester2415 You see, the more you allow your higher brain to deprogram your unconscious beliefs and instincts, the more you allow yourself to replace fear with love (lower emotion to higher emotion). Yes, - unlike religion assumes - knowledge/logic isn't counter to love, but goes hand-in-hand with it.

  • @Jester2415 because for me ... every fear is connected with the general fear: fear of death! when you don't fear death you don't fear anything!

  • @carnivourlocust Except spiders... and fear it's self... and the blair witch... and that noise coming from under your bed...

  • @Jester2415 please my friend ... be open minded. try to look in all ways before locking in to some narrow way. please :D it WILL set you free (if such a thing even exists) haha

  • @carnivourlocust Never open your mind to stupidity... it's bad for your health...

  • Thank you my space friend for all your guidances & positive energy, you make it so easy!

  • @willerd2009 by reconizing it not about what they think its all about what you want.

  • that is the best explanation on the matter that i have ever heard.

  • I love this definition of fear

a flat key and tune it up baby

    much appreciated

  • I can see Bashar's astral or etheric body whenever I focus enough, when listening to these vids. As you know, the physical body is copied in appearance by the astraloetheric bodies, more or less in detail. These dark gray almost black irises, this snow-white gray skin, that powerful, loving and illuminating and very friendly face, perhaps more serious than human smile, but incredibly hilarious and free. The frequencies.

  • Hardly. If someone were truly following their highest excitement, they would never have to use coercion in order to fulfill their desires. The opportunity for them to fulfill their desires would have unfolded in a harmonious & organic manner. The fact that someone feels the need to "force" someone to give them what they want is simply evidence that they are using coercion to compensate for a lack of alignment (the state of being that results from following highest excitement).

  • one question: If I am fully aligned, am I then able to direct my highest excitement or am I then still a slave to it?

  • If you are fully aligned it means you are already following your highest excitement/joy.

You cannot be a 'slave' to it, because ultimately you are it!

  • @plague613

    Ditto!

  • @southanjuna Neither, actually. Your highest excitement is not a governing force that you are required to obey. It is an internal navigational tool that you are completely free to disregard or reject. Secondly, you do not direct your highest excitement. It directs you. It is your emotional guidance system letting you know what course of thought & action is most deeply in accordance with your Inner Being/Highest Self.

  • @Metacreation Thank you, well said!

  • @wildernow My pleasure.

  • @southanjuna A slave to your highest excitement? you mean you don't have free will? If you feel you are a slave to something, I don't think it is truly your strongest preference.

  • @wildernow Not feeling that you are a slave to something does not prove that you are not a slave. Excitement will always enslave you not matter how weak or strong it is.

And, do you really have free will or free choice? Can you decide not to die?

  • @southanjuna What you want is freedom. That freedom you are seeking is freedom from

resistance. You will never find the freedom that you seek by controlling the

    behavior of others.

You'll only find it when the behavior of others becomes a non-issue.

Because you are able to focus your mind in ways that allow your connection, and give you that feeling of well-being.

  • It is so good to have a very clear understanding what fear is and we can use it instead of drowning in it. Thanks Bashar.

  • WTF I`m stunned to hear my thoughts on the subject being expressed by Bashar

  • Thank you so much!

  • they always are for me

  • Wow that was really good. Great picture too!
