  • I was in the Mob for that episode. I laughed, but not many other people got the reference.

The contestant quit with about $73,000.

  • i think that's a good thing.

  • "She answered high class. Clearly, the answer is low class but she was told her answer was right!." Wow, that's terrible. That question has two answers and it sucks they would try to say that either one of them was wrong.

  • the question refers to a classic joke called "The Arisocrats", not the literal meaning of the word 'the aristocrats'. The briefing of the question is the punchline of the joke.

  • Nope the correct answer is that the family is just a joke XD

  • wow aristocrat is a high class person

  • the question refers to the classic joke called "the aristocrats", not the literal meaning of the word 'aristocrats'

  • HE DID THE ARISTOCRATS SNAP!!!!! lmao!

  • OH Bob, your awesome!

  • Perfect, could not expect LESS from a comic genius such as Bob Saget, he even did the snap flourish at the end.

  • The term aristocracy refers to a form of government where power is hereditary, and split between a small number of families. It is derived from two Ancient Greek words, "aristos" meaning the "best" and "kratein" "to rule" and so aristocracy originally meant "rule by the best". Aristocracy can also refer to the highest class in society even if they do not rule directly.

  • but that they walk into an agent's office changes everything...

  • the question refers to a classic joke called "The Arisocrats", not the literal meaning of the word 'the aristocrats'. The briefing of the question is the punchline of the joke.

  • Ha ha, he did the little snap flourish at the end too!

  • Almost everyone in the US who watches "1 vs. 100" always says that Bob Saget's jokes suck. That's unfair - he has some really great jokes, but they're all unsuitable for primetime TV.

  • I used to think that way until I saw him in The Aristocrats, BritCanuck. Since I saw that film, I see him now for the comic genius he truly is. His foul humor is some of the best I've ever heard.

  • hahah... priceless

  • Priceless indeed. Someone who makes the show put that up there on purpose. Ha ha!
