Thanks ultradavid, I took a good 45 minutes playing around with this solo, then took it online in championship mode and stole some matches with this. But lag ruins inputs sometime, do i just have to deal with it??

backdash loses to splash with regular timing, but if the backdash is timed late, then it'll escape the splash only to get hit by the ex hand

Against sagat I use splash > crouch lkick > lariat as a cross up, but against ryu that won't work, splash> mpunch > lariat won't work too, any tip to replace those ? splash > sweep works, but I id like other options, thanks man, this one on the video I will be trying it.

Cool beans. Are you sure the crossup can't be beaten in any way? What about with forward, downforward, down, downback + P? Doesn't that beat late crossups?

yep, even done as late as possible. also i only showed a late regular uppercut, but a late ex uppercut whiffs right under too.
