shes not the best, i know. her pitch is sometimes flat. but its not her fault, the room temp changes her reed as soon as she walks in :P. so shes ...okay.

@WillCBACK Right you are. It's the room's fault she sometimes goes flat, and not her level of skill or experience. If she were a better player the room temp would wait until she's finished playing before changing her reed, like it does with better players. Out of respect. Or at least change it with another one of the same size so it wouldn't be flat. The room temp is just a nasty biotch like that.

This is a super hard instrument. It takes a lot of breath and it is really hard to hit high note. She did a great job.

I used to play the suona when I was in Chinese Orchestra at my school. But my face becomes red very easily so when I was out of breath my face would turn red and then my teacher thought I didn't have the potential to play the suona so I changed to another instrument. This girl plays the suona quite well !

the breath is on the mouthpiece. if your mouthpiece is thin, then you wont have to use as much breath as those new or thick ones.
