She was telling him that he needed to leave because he was being "disruptive" to the other patrons. The waitress said, Thanks, but if you come back, I'll call the cops," to which he replied, "Thanks, and you're a C*nt..."

You can not yell "fire" in a crowded movie house for example. Likewise, you must file for proper permits for use of parks. @sybilll Are you really listening to this video and thinking critically. I was at the MM event and this camera guy is a douchebag if their ever was one. I saw and heard what he was trying to accomplish as he walked by. If I was up close I would have given him a shove too. The I guess the camera guy would taunt me into doing something crazy for the camera. Don't be fooled by this camera guy. I don't know anybody involved in the video all I really do is observe. @fmimages The citizen journalist was simply repeating a question over and over that a public figure would not answer in a public place. Numerous journalists in the Portland area have come forward to say: that's just how it should be done. Indeed, that's *exactly* how Michael Moore has done it in his own movies. By your definition anyone who does not agree with your point of view is a "douchebag" and deserving of assault. Ever heard of the 1st Amendment? Love these comments by the Left!

Given that MOST in America see the 'occupiers' as nothing more than a group of misfits and 'takers' with NO credibility, it's only a matter of time before they turn to property destruction and violence.
I can assure you that if the police won't stop this nonsense, properly armed business owners and individuals WILL take steps to protect their businesses and personal safety, up to and including deadly force.
Be prepared, it's coming......THAT is NOT a threat....but fact.

@TheShannon76 I believe that all Citizens should be able to have access to public figures in public spaces to ask them questions. That's what the First Amendment is all about. For the Head of Occupy Portland Media to name call like that, he advocates that right only for his privileged class, and believea any and all means can be used to meet his "ends." This apparently includes profanity and threats. Says a lot about this so called "movement." Thanks for your support Shannon.

@daylightdisinfectant Who knows what is missing - it is not shown. While I disagree with shoving people (or any sort of violence) for any purpose and i think this guy should not have done that (if he did - who knows), I do support this movement in so far as it is pro-democracy, and anti- the neo-fuedal system we seem to be adopting in which the rich are able to become our de facto government through domination in the form of ownership. Soon most people will simply be tenants in their country.
