The driver is lucky to be alive after all this. I know of a mixer driver that was electrocuted and killed when his conveyor boom touched a 32,000v power line.

As I understand it, if you ever drive into a hot wire you should first try to back out. If you can't disengage, STAY PUT. If that's not possible (like if your vehicle is catching fire) then you stand on the door sill and jump away with your feet together -- but not so far that you stumble. Then bunny-hop to a safe distance.
If you look carefully at the closeup of the slanted pole behind the truck, you can see that 2 of the 3 line fuses are blown. Most likely this would render the primaries dead. But better safe than sorry.
smartest thing to do is stay in the truck, you would have the same potential energy as the power lines and not get zaped, the second you get out and become grounded you die.
