There isnt an episode where it shows them actually breaking up. Harvey finds out shes a witch on the season 4 finale. That show is called "S4 Finale - End Of An Era" and the fallowing season's first show sums up what happened between them, that show is called "S5 Ep1 - Every Witch Way but Loose". i hope this helps :)
