@xIegionx - They didn't surrender or give up, they got bored and moved on with their lives, there are, however, STILL more protestors than there ever were in "the old days". And in fact, Scientology's numbers have not gone up, they have been in decline since the 80's when they were at thier peak.
Its not "attacking", nor is scientology a religion, and we all fight the fights that we can fight, those that we choose, those that for whatever reason matter to us.

According to a European news broadcast, the actions by anonymous to bring negative awareness to scientology was actually just large numbers of awareness. People looked into it and some joined. That's what happens when you make awareness. Also the protests are like 2-8 people.

In most countries that even bother to have laws on filming in public, the only caveat for permission is if the filming is intended for sale or profit.
But I would be willing to bet that "most" countries don't have any National Laws on the subject at all.
Filming in public even by businesses only requires permission if you specifically target and individual, crowd shots are okay.
