I found my copy at my old job, after digging around in the donation bin in the back. It was missing the demo disk, but who cares about that? It even still had the instruction manual.

Though, this may be just due to my devilish luck. :P

I... Love this music.

It brings a tear to my eye every time I hear it.

I picture a big life changing adventure waiting, dangers may await, but the perseverance through it all is what defines the journey, not the outcome of it. If it is a bitter end, so be it. If it is a sweet end so be it.. The journey was fun.

I MISS THIS GAME. I never got to finish it as a child... It's what got me started into fantasy games.

Here's an idea: remake available on all the consoles (no one should miss out) with a graphical overhaul (though not to the point that it causes slowdown or ruins the game's style or spirit) and the original voice acting, maybe with some bonus dungeon or content. I would like that from Square so much.

I got one question... (It is because I haven't played Musashi on the PS2) Is Musashi from "Brave Fencer Musashi" on the PS1 the same with the Musashi from "Musashi the Samurai Legend" on the PS2? (Well, I think not.. but for some reason, I want to know more..)

Back in the late 90's, many had Ocarina of Time. For the rest of us, there was Musashi. And it still kicks ASS!! Nothing against Zelda, but Ocarina of Time made me go to sleep around the beginning of the Spirit Temple. :P At least in this game, the protagonist gets powers when he climbs higher to the truth!

Fun Fact: Did you know that Brave Fencer Musashi was released on July 15, four months before the release of Ocarina of Time? OoT may have been popular, but this is the realer deal. >:3

Farce-like story to the game with a smart ass kid as the main character while many other chars in the game fit funny stereotypes (like the "dumb blonde" princess and the overly-zealous idiot Kojiro as Musashi's archrival). Voice overs were cool, too.

Stuff like that makes a RPG less stiff so BFM was a classic!
