In my home country children take responsiblity for their old parents when they grow up and family provides the support structure required to whether a crisisdont take me wrong. USA is a great country but I think instead of old age homes children should take care of their parents

Why would the payments be more? Refi's can often make the payments go down if your not taking money out.. plus it buys more time.
