I love this car. The biggest flaw that I could point out on this car are the rusty brake calipers on the front, but I could easily exchange those for some red Brembo ones. Beautiful car, even with the yellow paint.

I agree ITR is different in all ways. I thought the same too before i really looked into, the ITR body has thicker bar reinforced frame work, the whole car was design for rigidity and body roll.

My sister's ex-husband had this car but a black one. Kind of a disappointment because it was not really that fast. Also very pricey at over 35k new. Sad part is that the dyno read 135hp at 8k rpm in the wheels. The only thing great about this is the beauty inside out. If I get one, I would go with gs or ls but with the hatchback.

I'm pretty sure the integra type r only came in white and championship yellow in the u.s. And it's just about the same as an integra gsr except for the rpm redline and it's a little lighter some minor tweaks to the suspension also ...

First off ITR has higher redline,different wheels, 195 hp B18C5 engine opposed to the GSR's B18C1 170HP engine, tweaked suspension for better handling, red recaro seats(JDM), port and polished engine, 4-1 header, brembo brakes, different exhaust,engine strut bar, welds across the whole chassis for better handling, stronger synchros in the transmissiom, closer gear ratios...the list goes on buddy

@dumbfaded Did you know the Type R and GSR use the same block? The type R head is basically a built B16 head, and the JDM B18C GSR is 180hp. Reason for the higher redline is the cams and dual valve springs. You can build a GSR to be EXACTLY like a Type R.

@tnguyen318 they scrapped them and came out with the RSX type S with the k20 200bhp motor. it's a good car if you're into lightweight high revving FWD hondas I just never dug the styling of the RStX. then they scrapped the RSX but came out with the civic si which is essential the same philosophy of light weight high revving motor. I like the integra the most because of the styling and how light it is but any you find now would probably need a motor swap.
