This guy was the spitting image of my Dad, he was called freddy back in the 60's by his friends untill Buddy holly exploded in to the uk then my Dad was called Buddy
I was there (at least in England) we didn't know what we were witnessing.A time machine would be good to really appreciate the times all over again.Nostalgia (it's me i think) is great.I must be getting old but i don't care.
Fantastic - this is the clip that was famously used by Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse in "Smashie and Nicey - the End of an Era" and in which Enfield was digitally (and brilliantly, from a technical perspective) inserted into the scene to hilarious effect. It can be found right here on YouTube. Thanks for posting!
I've never seen this one. When I go to England I see Derek (lead guitarist with the blond hair and shades) and his wife. They're all nice people, but sadly Freddie and Bernie are gone.
Greatest dance moves ever!

Brilliant Footage, Freddie was such an entertainer, living for the music, not offensive and just something nice to watch in general!

Your grandad used to be my hero when I watched Blue Peter as a very small boy. Was very sorry to hear of his rather premature passing.
