If we revolt (yes peacefully) they Will listen. We are Their Bosses if we refused to tell them what to do And let the big corps take control of them. Shame on Us! Let's fix it Write your congressman(you can do it online even), Protest and spread the word. WE ARE THE PEOPLE!
A national health care system is not the way to go at this time. We already have one that is terrible. It is called the Veterans Administration. If you want to save money start by making all the health forms the same like the insurance companies already do.
I'm for national health care, BUT THE CLINTONS' PLAN - KEEPING *ALL* THE PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANIES INVOLVED - WOULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE BUREAUCRATIC *DISASTER* - AND PEOPLE COULD *STILL* HAVE BEEN DENIED PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL INSTANCES!
ONE *GOOD* UNIVERSAL SINGLE PAYER PUBLIC NATIONAL HEALTH CARE PLAN FOR *ALL* CITIZENS IS THE ONLY WAY TO BEGIN.
And then we use what works best in other universal national health care countries and skip any shortcomings.
