If people are talking lore wise to units then you wouldn't "train" any robo units. Because Colossi were "unearthed" from ancient protoss shrines because they were too powerful of war machines and the technology was "forgotten" up until SC2. Immortals are dead zealots/warriors so lore wise they are just rebuilt and sent back onto the battlefield. Non-lore wise: probes are trained, warpgate units are warped, robo units are trained, and stargate units are trained as well.
a lot of commenters here don't seem to understand how to use this. you do NOT just start up a ladder game and use this. make a YABOT map game (so you can restart without remaking game), and use this to help you run through the build a few times so you understand the orderings of the build. then do the build a few times without the audio track. THEN, once you understand the build, practice the build ladder (WITHOUT the audio track), adapting to what you scout.
@Monsterreviewz its actually 100% perfect. i got to masters doing a much less efficient FE opening... now that i learned it this way, i feel like i'm playing on godmode lol
I think you fail to see the purpose of these videos. Of course he is going to be up against a easy computer if he is going to be showing the perfect order of these builds. How you improvise for an early rush is up to you.
this is literally the most pointless thing ever lol. Your not going to play a game exactly like this game, you have to actually think to play this game.
This would be more useful if you just said as the game was going 12 supply gateway 15 supply blah etc etc etc and get rid of the beeping noise annoying as fuck
The lore is that the Protoss is so high-tech that they have to build everything on their home planet and then warp them to other planets. A "gate"way warps in ground units, just as a star"gate" warps in air units. Even the buildings are warped in by probes. Just to make things confusing, in SC2 there are now warp gates that can warp units anywhere, instead of just through the buildings.
Protoss gate units also teleport back to the home planet when they are about to die. So technically the only units that die are the mechanical ones. Though I suppose that stargate units could also be transported back but would require a mothership/arbiter to do so. This is why injured protoss warriors turn into immortals and why immortals explode when they die instead of disappear like zealots/temps.
so dts for what?

You queue or train a probe. You don't warp in probes nub.
sleepersix 3 months ago
@sleepersix
All Protoss units are warped in nub. check your lore.
russiantraitor 2 months ago
@russiantraitor Only WARPgates can warp in units. Probes are "trained". It clearly says on the UI 2:27

@sleepersix No, all units are "warped" in. Immortals are "warped" in. The UI says "Warp in Immortal, Colossus, Void Ray", etc, etc.
