My triple head box was £120 thats approx $70-80 so i dunno where you get $400 from,, i got 3 cheapish monitors £50 each and now play all my games at over 3200x1200 (approx) so its pretty cheap to do tbh, suppose u do need a decent pc but you should have one anyway if your a serious pc gamer - check my vids =))

Nah Jonny.. you need to have a look at the conversion. 120 pounds is much more than 70-80 dollars. Triple head Digital goes for at least $295.00 Retail, and thats on Ebay.

lol np I understand completely. Check out Ebay U.S. for the Digi one.. has one starting bid $150.00. I got mine the other day for $200.00 NIB from an individual facing hard times. Prices are also coming down from the retailers... Im guessing because of the imminent release of eyefinity.

stupid question as ive not done my homework , but , is eyefinity gonna be software related, just that i can get my 3 screens workin by pluggin directly into my 2 graphics cards then arranging the desktop, but it wont work on crossfire FFS!!! it will do 2 screens on crossfire... surely its gotta be software to recognise 3 displays and amend the games accordingly to 3840x1024

No, its hardware, to be included in ATI's upcoming Radeon HD 5800 series. Triplehead2go works with SLI setup but output must come from one card.

nice g.card, 3 projectors though looks a bit crap where the picture joins due to projector pics being brighter in the middle, im not just saying that because i cant aford 3 projectors either lol. Wish they would hurry up and release the 5870, the matrox triplehead2go which costs close to $400US will then be good for nothing. Can u believe Matrox charges around $400 for a box that is basically just a triple monitor adaptor that renders nothing, Phukn outrageous
