if u got all the ingredients, you got the equipment, good cameraman then why don't u just enjoy a little bit, no need to rush and make a better one in the future will u?
@breezyday0126 Hehe, they are really greasy so it's not really needed. Ok, so far I just have no clue how to make dipping sauce. I am sure there'll be a video in the future though.
This is what also goes by the name of Cheese Straws. Puff pastry bakes up crispy and flaky - nothing like the "cheese sticks" that we are used to in North America. Cheese sticks are made with pizza dough, which isn't nearly as buttery, so a dipping sauce is appropriate. But not with these.
You gotta have dipping sauce with cheese sticks my friend. I think that's like a law somewhere. But yeah. Those do look good man. Maybe a lot of calories but screw that! I want taste hombre ;-)
