Butter Making

I like to make butter in front of the tv. I just use a mason jar and lazily keep turning the jar over and over. Takes about 30 mins for the cream to become butter but oddly I find it relaxing lol I think this is how they teach little kids to make it lol Then I rinse my butter with ice water a few times kneading it and then add some salt and there you go.

I like the butter churn. I'll keep using my food processor though.

That's a right fancy butter churn that little lady has. We still use the old one Gramma left us. (LOL)
